@@ExCoSeH credit card is poor man's luxury, u can buy a house, u can buy a car or whatever but it is not ur money u bagged and borrowed that money from someone else. Debit card is the real richness, u pay whatever u can afford, u do not rely on someone to pay something for u.
As salaamu alaykum Let alone the clause in the credit card contract committing the borrower to paying riba on overdue balances being problematic, the fact that the credit card is underpinned by haraam digital invisible money that has no intrinsic value is also a disaster in itself. All in all, to suit our conveniences, we shouldn't be making halaal what Allah s.w.t. has made haraam just so that we can fit into this corrupt Dajjaalic/Gog and Magog inspired way of living. The Prophet s.a.w has warned that holding fervently onto the Deen in the end times will be tantamount to clutching on burning coals! Trying to please Allah s.w.t. in these challenging times should serve as a means to drive us to enhanced levels of committment to the Deen rather than encouraging us to lower our standards.
To hire a car and hotel you cannot use debit card. So there is no alternatives. You will get refused to hire a car if you do not have a credit card. Same as hotel.
If you have a credit card, never ever use it where you can use conventional money. A credit card is necessary for online services like buying a domain name, software and other essential things. In that case there is no way around. You can make advanced deposits for your credit card. Never take a loan on your credit card. You do not need a credit card for shopping at your local store. If you buy physical goods from retailers there are other modes of payments. May Allah forgive us all who have to use a credit card out of necessity. It is a tool of the devil. Too bad the Muslims do not have a real convenient alternative.

DjAli gon Brother sometimes it’s not convenient to take your wife children mother family on pubic transport in the west and it’s more better having your own car for privacy and it’s more convent when you are not in your country or city.

Not even Islamic scholars are allowed to make halal what Allah (swt) made haram. And that would be one kind of shirk. May Allah save us from this fitna !!
Dont reject clear verse and clear hadith. Allah said we will see him in the akhirah in Surah Qiyamah. And the Prophet told us we cannot see Allah in this dunya but in the akhirah.

Twice in the Quran, once when Musa peace be upon him asks to see God and God tells him that he will never see Him and turns the mountain to dust causing Musa to faint and a second time when Bani Israel say they wanna see God and God punishes them for that. Think about what you said for a second, God created the akhira, created our eyes, created sight, so how will we see the creator when everything is creation?

These shiekhs are no where near to the understanding of what Yasir Qadhi meant which is absolutely within the paradigm of valid interpretation which could be wrong but not to the extent what those two sheikh are trying to portray ...and the criticism he received was addressed in a later video and was clarified
May allah protect yasir qahdi and give him the highest place in jannah .. and love him for his hard work

Just to clarify, hotels, car rentals, airlines, all take Visa Debit cards. You do not have to have a credit card to travel.
Valid point about using the credit card for travel. I try to avoid it during travel, only when there is no other option.

Alhamdoulillah, in France, those types of cards are not really common, the default that everyone uses works the same way at what you call debit card
