Well, shit, I feel like we’ve reached the pinnacle of Quirky Worky
Billy flat out, 100% hated the taste of that Vinegar. Still he votes it 5.7/10.
That's so interesting Billy's story about having his gallbladder removed, it's almost identical to my story! When I was 16 I could barely eat at all, they finally discovered that my gallbladder was basically just sludge when they did an ultrasound to try to find out what was causing my digestive issues. Had it removed when I was 17 (was asked multiple times at the hospital why I was there, no one could believe that I was in for that) and have felt significantly better ever since.
Just for you Billy, you can make a German drink called Switchel, which is ACV with some honey, sliced organic ginger and lime juice. After making it and letting it sit in the fridge it becomes slightly fermented and so it becomes bubbly. I drink 8 ounces every morning instead of fruit juice. It’s wonderful and a much easy way to get your ACV. Any organic ACV works. I’ll send you the recipe if you’d like to make it. 🥃

2021 was a very rough year for me and my family. From health issues and sickness to being laid off for months at a time, there's been a lot of stress and pain. To make things worse, my Grandma passed on christmas. We were all very close to her and it was very unexpected; we're still waiting to find out exactly what happened. So it's been a somber Holliday season. However, my grandma was one of the most bright, sweet, and gentle souls I've ever encountered, she inspired a lot of people throughout her life and softened the hearts of all she came across. I've been a lot more nihilistic this year, it's been one of my lowest, longest and most difficult, but I'm determined to be more like my grandma. I'm still struggling with what I believe in, but I know she had a strong faith and wasn't afraid to go. I hope I can live my life a fraction as happy as he lived hers. These podcasts definitely help brighten my day, thank you guys, I'll be checking in later.

I was raised putting malt vinegar on fish & chips, and loved it. My mom preferred lemon juice, but I was all about the potent malt vinegar... mainly because I didn't care for the flavor of fish at all, and it made for a good mask.

My son is a gymnast and gets warts. His doctor suggested soaking his feet in ACV when we started seeing them instead of immediately going in to have them frozen off. Surprisingly, it worked like a charm!
My brother in law used to get them (plantar's). He used to wrap his feet in hospital tape (white tape) to "starve" them, they would go away
'Cloudy piss' - completely agree! :D I give it to my pet chickens to keep them healthy, never tried it personally but always thought it looked like a bottle of pee!

I've been taking apple cider vinegar for some time now, particularly Bragg. Such a great one! I think you guys added some water to it and I appreciate that, as from what I've heard about it from doctors it's not very good to just drink it straight up (also it is strong ) lol. I've also been told it's good to use a straw, if you're drinking enough of it, as it can affect your teeth (also with that it's good to brush and/or rinse after). Aside from that, there's no other concerns with taking it and yes it is VERY healthy for you!
On a side note; if you're really having health issues or even just want a healthy drink, try adding it to a glass/bottle of water and add 1/3 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, olive oil, and some natural honey (for health but it also helps decrease the strength of the pepper lol), very good for you!

I tried apple cider vinegar for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I'm a huge fan of malt vinegar, so trying ACV was so nice 😋 gives you that nice burn 🔥

Oahh! Had my gall bladder removed 2 weeks ago and before that I couldn't have ANYTHING acidic sorta, the heartburn would kill me. Now I'll have to wait about a month to see what happens when I drink cider, wine or anything acidic/fermented. We'll see...!

I am a big supporter of taking ACV daily, but the taste is horrid. To combat this I add lemon juice. I add 1 tbsp ACV and 1 tbsp lemon juice🍋 to a bit of water and it goes down so much easier. I love the podcast (and you guys), Billy and Dom! Keep up the good work ❤

@@RalphRoberts1 so I put 1/4 cup of raw cashews, 1 cup of plant-based milk, whichever you prefer, a drop of vanilla extract, a teaspoon of vinegar (apple cider - or you can use balsamic), 1 cup frozen strawberries, and I like to make it a bit sweeter by adding a medjool date. If you want it more cheesecake-y you can add a tiny little bit of miso 🤓 if you don't have a high power blender, i would advice to soak the date and cashews before so they can blend smoothly. (And add more liquid if necessary)
