Okay my brothers and I watched cars all the time when we were little right? The dvd had several deleted scenes on it “Lost” being one of them and it really really scared me as a child. The unfinished/abandoned project vibe it had, McQueens screaming, the dark plot, the scary visuals, not to mention the fact that it was an unfinished scene made some of what was happening unclear which kind of scared me more. It was just so scarring to me and it still creeps me out a little now. (Ty CZcams comments for allowing me to vent my cultural childhood trauma 🙏🏻)
Imagine this scene not being deleted, and ended up being released in 2004 instead of 2006, can you picture the full finished scene? It would be even more horrific, the deleted scene was released in 2002, if the movie was released in 2004 or 2005, the probably would have had this scene and we would all be traumatized
Fun fact: Pixar reused this concept in their short “The Radiator Springs 500 1/2”. I love how they referenced it there, and it fits much better in the context of the short
I didn’t know there’s a graveyard of old cars, and this is scary like the graveyard of old people, which means they are ghosts on Halloween. I thought this place was my darkest fear.
Anyone else realize how dark this scene actually is? This is basically like finding a bunch of skeletons in the woods. Who were these cars? How'd they get there, was there a serial killer car on the loose?
Now that I think about it. If there was a car serial killer. A cars death would be far more gory than a humans considering how many fluids would be pouring out and a cars features are more fragile these days
Well, considering that McQueen ended up driving off the road accidentally and crashing into that area, I'd say it's likely that they're the corpses of cars that got lost in that area and ran off the road in the same way he did. Either that, or the cars universe has messed up burial practices.
Besides just how genuinely creepy this scene is, it's also one of those things that raises many concerning questions about the cars universe. Since cars are machines with replaceable parts, what would it take to "kill" a car in this world? How much of a car can be removed/destroyed before death? And how are these living cars brought into this world anyhow? I'd like to think that they're just built in a factory like real cars, but the other films in this franchise directly state that at least some cars have parents, which has implications even more terrifying than this deleted scene. I know I'm looking way too much into this, but it's hard not to.
since the windshield are portrayed as eyes, the way for them to actually “die” is by having their eyes/windshield smashed, the reason i think this is if you look closely, all of the car’s windows are broken.
@@Insertsomethingcoolhereiguess With current technology it's incredibly difficult to make CG people look realistic. The human brain is very good at discerning patterns and this causes most people to be disturbed by the appearance of a CG human since instinctively they know that something is a little off. My favorite scene out of all
Me too
Lighting's Face On 0:49😂
TRIGGERED LMAOO
0:50!!
I think the face change is a plot hole, because it switched back to normal when he drove out of the road
0:46 McQueen Tries To Find The Interstate
This gives me Brave Little Toaster vibes
It's scary when you go in the woods and seeing cars got overgrown by it. Especially in cars universe, you know what i mean by that...
0:40 Lighting McQueen: The interstate!
I imagine him as a Ford Raptor from that shot!!
Because the sound!!
😞😞😪

This and BATMM's "The Mystery Bandit" were my favorite strange plots
IMAGINE how much worse this would be if McQeen were a seven year old instead of a full-grown car.
Yeah this basically fucked up when you realize the cars are basically people so in sense McQueen just stumbled in a pile of corpses of what looked like a bloody massacre happen some years ago
That's what I was afraid of
Geez, that’s horrifying. Though I kind of wish they had fully animated it as a short or something, I kind of like it.
Side note: how did that one car get IN a tree?
It's possible that car was there way before the tree was, and was there long enough for the tree to grow UNDER it
I used to watch this as a kid It scared me so much that I put my hands into my ears thinking the dead cars would make zombie sounds
Well thank Neptune they didn't
I wonder how would this fit in to the movie if it was ever to be used
It would terrified the children when they watched this sequences if this was added.
0:00 Lost. While trying to find is way back to the interstate, McQueen stumbles upon a graveyard of old cars!
Great title card lines I made!
Community Service. To Lure Travelers Back To Their Town, The Townsfolk Want McQueen To Race In Their First Ever Radiator Springs Grand Prix. He Refuses, Choosing Instead, Standard Community Service.
I was a 5 year old in 2010, I thought it was a zombie cars
0:49 McQueens Face 😂 😂 😂
I love how the graveyard sequence was reused in radiator springs 500 for some reason I guess it’s some kinda of anniversary for it or idk I guess the want to spook the audience lolol
I can see why this scene is deleted, the trees growing through the old cars, the headlights are missing and their grills looks like they have scary looking teeth, makes them pretty scary for the children.
With the intestines music playing just makes it worse.
The scary forest
0:49 when you feel a rock in your shoe
Це вітер о сліпляє мене
0:41-0:43 This sound
It's a Ford F-150 Raptor!!!!😭
Noooo!!! I lost my phone!!!!!😥😥😥
Got it!!!!
IUjhh!!😞
0:14 He ain't no Mack, he's a Peterbilt for dang sake.
Turn on your lights, ya moron!
GMC LOL!!!!!😂
The Peterbilt used to be a garbage truck? That surprised me.

Lightning McQueen - Keith Ferguson
Lol that's was voice by Bloo form Foster home
I watched this as a kid and it scared the shit out of me
1:32 That part has always been in my brain and was that meant to be a screech from that thing?
Probably meant to be scraping metal but since McQueen was already terrified, he imagined it sounding like a scream
@@Gearz-365 ok makes sense.
Top 4 terrifying and dark deleted scenes that should be banned
So, there are wolves in this universe? Or is it also a car?
Music by Randy Newman
(gulps in disgust) what a scary scene, that first scary car looks even scarier than all the other scary cars
1:16 Is that the car that was on the title card?
Yes, but it was a little
@@user-vn3hh6my5o I imagine Lightning McQueen as a Ford Raptor at 0:41-0:43!!!
Because a Ford Raptor sound is at that part!!!
@@nickviator8134 Sure
😞😞😞😞😪😡
NOkemrjeo!!!
The screech is the jumpscare sound for Five Nights at Pandory’s (based off The Hug).
Golden Pandory has a low pitched version of this sound.
