🌙 This is a Full Moon Meditation for the first Full Moon in January 2024. The Full Moon happens on January 25th and is also known as the Wolf Moon .
This if the full moon meditation for the first full moon of 2024. We start the year with the full moon in Leo. The full moon presents a unique chance to bring what we desire into our lives. The full moon in Leo is encouraging us to recognize our self-worth. Even if we may doubt ourselves, we are deserving of love. It is crucial to prioritize the relationship we have with ourselves, since it sets the foundation for any future love. The confessional energy of the Leo full moon sets the stage for deep emotional revelations. Stop holding back. And take steps you need to.
This meditation is about realigning and releasing. We will do a chakra check-in and then look at a few areas that we need to focus and release.
We will focus on the heart chakra and emotions; introspect on some questions, align with our thoughts and release what no longer serves us. So with that intention, lets begin.

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.

Suchi you did it again Girlfriend🥰💚🥰 I couldn’t sleep and your meditation popped up like the sign from Spirit I was looking for and when I first wrote my comment to you, I wanted to send you a green heart 💚 but I wasn’t sure if you would understand why. Then in the meditation, you said visualize green light and the heart chakra🤩😮🪽💚🪽🥰😘😘😘😘😘😘I love and appreciate my connection with you in this healing journey of the Wolf Full Moon and always💞 My Spirit Animal is the Wolf as they visit me and my daughter with messages in dream state as family protecting over us and guiding us. When my Father passed away last year, he came to me and showed me he transformed into a Wolf and he showing off by shaking his fully very beautiful tail at me and then he talked with me and said he had to leave as he ran off across the tundra into a forest that was laid out at the edge of the tundra💞 This meditation is helping with clarity over my truth knowing my partner is unfaithful and all the doubt, pain and lies that have been ongoing for the past 5 years. I am love. I am pure love and honour that love with Spirit✨🕊️💞✨ I am sorry for him to not have clarity of intention and that he’s hurting himself and others. I am searching for a graceful way to close my soul contract journey with him so that I can focus on greater healing, a deeper connective journey between Spirit, me and others✨🕊️💚🌿✨
