Bro u just saved my life lmao it's TRUE there ain't a simple video on how to wire a light without a battery..I wired a led flexi pole flag on my blaster bridged the power cable to the power on the tail light and bolted the negative cable from the light to the chassis and it works great!
I wonder if this only works on newer blasters. My son has a 2000 and I have a similar led bar and it didn’t work wiring to the switch wires then I found your video and reversed the positive and negative and still doesn’t work. I’m gonna buy the light bar you linked and see if that works!
it looks awesome bud! I have a DT200 engine in my Blaster with the DT harness with a battery and it has the same green and yellow wires for the headlight so its pretty straight forward, I just finished building it, its a beast bud
@@LogansCustomWorks no videos, but I have a few pics of it, i just built it in the last couple months, I just found a Dt200 cdi finally after 2 days of huntng for one, mine was no good, whats your email and ill send some
@@hhstarwars The DT200 37f is rated 32hp stock, plus its ported, servitec cdi, dynoport pipe, 30tmx, cfm airbox, carbon reeds, and 1TG head from Brazil with a better chamber, its likely 36-40hp give or take, its fast as hell and the bottom end is unbelievable with the powervalve working, Im running 12 tooth front 42 rear sprocket and 18s and it still goes about 80mph
I am getting ready to do tail lights, Blinkers and a new headlight on a Blaster. I gotta add a battery for the system so thats going to be fun. I just dont know how to install the battery into the system. I dont wanna mess with a stator or anything.
Welcome everyone who is new to this channel I have tons of different videos on this channel so be sure to check them out here is the link to these LED light bars and after a year of abuse this thing still holds up and is super bright. www.amazon.com/Nilight-ZH008-Driving-Harness-Warranty/dp/B06XQGQTPG/ref=asc_df_B06XQGQTPG/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312202698398&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=10933353744924058690&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9011487&hvtargid=pla-591528821207&psc=1
CarTechKev yes they are 36w 6.5 and thanks man it took a long time and its still not complete but the light is bright, you can see everything and im blind during the day so that’s saying something lol
@@LogansCustomWorks did you just connect to the original two wires ? And do you have a rectifier and battery or not need for this as I been told different things and I only wanna get leds if I can just attach wire and finished
Polish Oskar Are you talking about on the blaster or on the light bar ? I just connected the positive wire (red) and the negative wire (black) to the headlight wires from the blaster. The positive wire on my blaster is green and the negative wire is yellow or maybe a discolored white and I didn’t ground it yet but I will do that soon but for my setup it doesn’t have to be but I’d like it to be
LEDs are not to be powered by ac voltage which is what is put out by the pickup coil. LEDs should be ran by dc voltage. Therefore, only way to run LEDs without them burning up is to supply them with a 12v dc system. Ac is alternating current, dc is direct current
