- New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates on how to make his delicious homemade Caramel Butter cream cake. This cake is made with real caramel. It's a 2-layer caramel cake which is made from scratch, and it is frosted with a creamy caramel buttercream frosting. You can get about 15 or more servings depending on how you slice it. Not only is the cake moist and has a nice caramel flavor but it is absolutely delicious. Hope you all will give this classic cake a try.
