Nell has become Heddy, the Next Generation, for NCIS. She is the combination of intelligent, intuitive, and (when necessary) fade into the woodwork, that is necessary for a good intel operative - yet she can also shoot, run like hell, and fight above her weight class. And looks good too, yet has no problem just sitting in Ops running those keyboards and digging through the Dark Web.

Hetty has lowkey been training Nell to be her replacement for 3-4 years, actually. truth be told, if the brass in Washington trusted her, Nell could run the center NOW. Hetty is next level master at seeing potential in people before they see it in themselves.

We are just together happy watching such scenes of these both. We got much more love beetween these both in the first part of season 10 then we got in seasons before. And a lot more kisses, which make me crazy happy. Season 10 is great. 😁

Her actress, Renee Smith, is also great with her facial expressions. Even my stepfahter, who isn't a NCISLA-fan said once, that she is a great actor, because she was playing her emotions so great with her facial expression.
And I love it, when Nell (and/or Eric) are badass. So when Nell putted her gun on the desk and was looking on Joelle, I was like 'Go, Nell!'
They are my NCISLA-OTP since the beginning. Love them so much! 💖
