    We've been looking at SO MANY options for rack systems and none of them seemed to be "just right". The idea of buying each enclosure individually and creating a customized rack is exactly what we've been looking for. Thanks for posting this! It's going to make things so much easier! Since my 14 year old is sort of self funding all of his breeding projects, saving up the money to buy a rack was stressing him out LOL!

    That gutter lining tip was golden for babies. I’ve been thinking about what to use in their small tanks that wouldn’t take up the whole thing 👍🏻 I’ll be using that for all the babies I breed in the future on my channel. Thanks! Great video!

    Thanks for all the info. Love that if you need to sort, you can pull one out and move where ever also. No need to adjust selves or anything. One fits all. Females to one side males to the other, or sort by future pairing. Pretty awesome. I’m having trouble getting my young one to eat on its own. Great that I can make sure it eats, but I’ve tried to let it do it’s natural search and it never eats.

    I currently only have two juvenile cresties that I'm raising up, and I'm planning on keeping both of them in their own 18x18x24 bioactive enclosures. I would love to keep all my future geckos like this, but I'm hoping to get into breeding more and have really realized that it isn't really practical (or possible). I love these containers and how they stack so nicely. I'll definitely get some in the next few years when I start diving more into breeding.

    @bobaker4737 Před 2 lety +2

    Online I have done research and everything I am finding says that 18x18x24 is the recommended size for and adult crested gecko. Have you had issues with stunted growth or stressed/unhappy adult geckos in the 12x12x18?

      A couple more questions. Which thank you for taking the time, I really appreciate it!!
      Are you using anything to keep track of your humidity? Or do you have enough experience you don't need a humidity gauge?
      Do you add a humid hide to all enclosures?
      I plan to start small. Maybe get a pair or trio to start with. So I just want to make sure I give myself a chance at success and the animal is comfortable. Thanks Robby!!
