Making a Baffle for a Tweed Princeton

The original baffle was crudely cut and then destroyed in shipping.
Today I make a new baffle paying close attention to make it look like an original as best I can.

Much better replacement. Quick question: how do you get the baffle in and out of the cabinet? Does it wiggle out between the cleats in the back?

Yup it just wiggles in.
