    First I would like to say that I am not a pro at cake decorating. I am a self taught baker and I just love to share with you the techniques I learnt and used while decorating cakes. In the past six years, I don't know how many cakes I have frosted but I have learnt something every time I decorate a cake. This video is to show you some of the points I picked up while making them.

      @gayathriraanicookspot  Před 7 lety

      Did you let it set for 4 hours? If it is thick and sticky, you can microwave it for 5 seconds to bring it to spreading consistency.

    Hy , this video was awesome , but my problem is when i icing the cake my cake gets crumble n proper icing look not comes , what should i do to avoid crumble the cake , n how should i slice prfect layers of cake ?

    • @gayathriraanicookspot
      @gayathriraanicookspot  Před 7 lety +1

      Cover the cake in layers of cling film and chill the cake until it is firm. Then use a serrated knife to trim it and slice the layers. The cake won't crumble.
