Bertrand Russel in his book The history of western philosophy written that Aristotle do make a distinction between mind and soul. Aristotle said that soul is purely related to body and it is temporary while the mind is more superior and it is eternal.

Hi, Prof. Rahman, small note: oligarchy refers to rule by the few (usually these few happen to be rich, but the word itself refers to few). The word ολιγος means little or few in the plural. Πλουτος which gives us plutocracy, would mean the rich have power

Aristoteles was not a scientist, he was only filosofer. Science requires that your theories can be verified by observation of the nature or logik. He said things like it was obvious that heavy things fall faster than less heavy things, he said that the sun rotated around the earth . This made the chatolic church promote him sins it supportet the stories of the church.

Why do you emphasize an insignificant element in Aristotle when it comes to his thoughts on women?

I really enjoyed the lecture until the professor mentioned climate change. Unfortunately, it appears he isn’t aware of game theory in relation to economics when it comes to decisions by government.
