Kodi deserves all the coverge he can get. That is MIRACULOUS. What a golden voice; and a fun, dramatic attitude. He'll do JUST FINE!
Sorry but i gotta give this one too Hurricane very unique.
I think people are forgetting that his mom recognized his connection to music and must have done a lot to help him get to where he is.
@@janoirmoon5099 Yes, it does not take away from Kodi. Both him and his mom are awesome. Probably the whole family helped a lot.
Kodi deserved to win overall ! I cried watching and listening to him when he sang and played the piano during his Audition. He's so Blessed. WELL DONE Kodi !!! Wish you all the very best in your life.
❤
It's so wholesome how after the Mayyas performance, Nightbirds song "It's ok" played in the backround 😭
I know! I’m not embarrassed to admit I got a little emotional hearing it! Her voice was so soft and sweet!
I saw another video where their choreographer said that they were inspired by Nightbird to audition for AGT and the dance they performed was in her honor.
Yooooo my OCD expected the video to be order from 2006 to 2023.......Now I am going to be skipping through the video for each year to watch it in order now! Why am I like this?
Better question is, why on earth is it not in order 😂
It was also just suppose to be AGT form US not global!
Preferring patterns isn't what ocd is at all
@@fenekku.kitsune yes, but remember. Everyone self diagnoses with OCD, PTSD and depression these days with a sprinkle of BPD.
@@jpdaedalus77It was only AGT
when simon told the mayyas "it is arguably the best dance group we have ever had on this show" did you notice he has yet to tell another dance group that? it takes A LOT to move simon cowell. say what you want about him, but he has yet to tell another dance group that they were the best he has ever seen. and then for him to say "we are honored to have you here" made my body get chills.
i loved the mayyas. their entire show gave me chills. it was amazing. them honoring nightbirde after she passed was also beautiful. she moved a lot of people when she passed, even more when she was alive and sang her beautiful song.
Today, with so much hate in this world, watching AGT gives me hope! I hope that mankind will someday find the way we can all live together in love, not war.
Me too ❤️❤️❤️❤️
❤❤❤Absolutely
@@claudinelewis4590 W0W! BEAUTIFUL LADY!!!
Amen ❤
These are the days. The days when we can watch all of the America's got Talent winner's auditions and it only takes a single hour to do so.
The Mayyas dancer's choreograph at the beginning of the performance is a copy of the Chinese dance "thousand handed Buddha" that was performed by the deaf and mute students for the Spring Festival TV show sometimes in 2009 or 2010.
Cody Lee you are awesome ❤
Mid at best
He’s definitely amazing ❤ the piano skills are just great!
Some ahole left a mean comment- took care of it for you.
@@Grahamvlogs802vt sorry but Cody's good but since putri didn't win her season why are giving out disability trophy's bc there disabled piano singers 🥱
How are you guys getting his name wrong it’s literally in the video
Kodi, you were fantastic!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful music.
Adrian and Hurricane- honestly, that dog is so smart!
Kodi- still wowing the audiences in Vegas and beyond- now has 2 singles out online!
Grace’s career has taken an interesting turn- she’s been getting more involved in local, independent bands.
Michael did get that house for his grandparents like he promised!
The Mayyas just finished up touring as Beyoncé’s opening act and are still going strong!
Terry, Shin and Mat are all doing very well in Vegas- Shin is at the Mirage, Terry is at the New York New York, and Mat is at the LINQ.
I got to meet Brandon and Dustin when they were playing the Luxor in Vegas a couple of years ago- both very nice fellows and very focused on their work and their families.
Neal and Kevin are both tragic cases. Neal ran for the Missouri Legislature- he lost. He also recorded one album: “My American Dream” and was hailed as “The Voice of Missouri”. But he later was in a very serious car accident. The injuries plus other health issues lead to his death in 2018. He was 42 years old. That year, he was supposed to perform on “America’s Got Talent: The Champions” but he had already died before he could accept the invitation. Paul Potts, the first winner of “Britain’s Got Talent”, went on the show and performed in tribute to his friend.
Kevin recorded one album: “Long Ride”, but it didn’t do very well, though it got good reviews. In 2014, he disappeared, following his divorce. It was said he was suffering from depression, but later it was reported he had issues with alcohol and other mental health problems and disappeared again. Nothing has been known about him since.
Paul is currently on an all-U.K. national tour.
Kenichi- after having lived and performed for a while in the U.S., he returned to Japan and is still performing and doing very well there!
Thank you for the updates. I knew about Neil only. He was the best original song performance on a talent show. One of my favorite's, "Lost" . Truly underrated

wdym Grace's career took an "interesting" turn?
@@sarix_3125 One would think that with her win, she would continue on being a singer, songwriter and ukulele player, and that’s all.

Wow amazing 😍
Amazing
Wow amazing ❤
Absolutely loved Hurricane, he was just so awesome.
Brandon Leake's poem about his sister brought me to tears. I know the exact pain he feels having lost my mother to cancer. "sometimes I design these alternate realities where she is still here, still alive, all the things I wish we could have done...and I'm tired of playing God because I have to come to terms that [she's] never coming back. And that's the cost of love" this line shook me to my core, and I had to pause and have a long cry, because even 2 years after her departure, I think these things on a daily basis and I try to run from them every day. We were poor, she was single, and didn't graduate high school, but she managed to raise me, provide for us both, fight for us both, and eventually she worked her way up to a position where she could afford to buy us a house. She was my best friend, my inspiration, and I miss her. So much. I feel like a part of me also died on 7/3/2022. Cherish your loved ones, and make as many memories as you can with them because one day that may be all you have left of them. I love you mom.
What a beautiful soul!
Super lovely Great talents
I love this song ❤️
The perfect song for this present world. Wow!! God sent for sure. A true gift he is
When I listen to Kodi speak then sing it is so hard to believe that it's real. Gift from god. ❤
❤❤❤ Beautiful!
GO KODI❤❤
Just discovered Mayyas here, just WOW, it was amazing.
Darci Lynne is one of the most favorable winners.
So proud of him..
What I love about this show its about the talent not what race, disability, gender or color you are you have a very fair chance of winning. Not like The Voice where no matter how good the singer only one type of singer wins 98% of the time.
I mean I would 100% say it’s almost always a musician, band, magician, ventriloquist, or comedian that wins. Not very inclusive in that aspect 🤷♀️
Kenichi… he’s gotta be absolutely shredded to be able to do those movements
He really deserved to win. An extra ordinary talent hard to find.
They are all great!
Kodi Lee. I would say that what his disability took away allowed his amazing talent to grow 10 fold. Not only that , but you could say he has a gift, or you could say he is a gift. Gods gift for the world to enjoy.
Wow 🎉impressive
That little girl with that bunny is amazing. Especially singing something from Porgy and Bess wow
He is Amazing!!
Cody Lee is the greatest contestant of all time ❣️
The GREATEST 🎶🎤With the best person 🎖️🏆
aww darcy was and will probably always be my favourite act i love her sm
At first I thought Cody was one of those joker acts, but then I heard he was blind and autistic. I didn't think much of it until I heard his singing, SO REMARKABLE. He is destined.
I'm so happy to see these beautiful and graceful ladies do what makes them happy. Hope their culture will henceforth SUPPORT the feminine persuit of their countrywomen. These Arabs pleasantly surprised the world. Hope all gender biases will end. N the feminine side of our ladies can be fully expressed. I was happy for the brave and stalwart job they undertake. Just remember I'm routing for u all.
Kodi i love your new song CHANGE. Awesome lyrics. ❤. Keep up the great work mom and Kodi.
@38:30 Terry Fator is the most successful winner of AGT. He's been selling out Vegas Shows & tour dates around the country for 16 years, since he won.

Brandon Leake ode to his sister touched my emotion my soul and my heart. I know how it is to lose a sister ❤.
Cody you are awesome my brother God bless you always ❤❤❤❤🎉
Cody is probably a savant. A few autustic people are savants. Its very rare though and is usually something like math, science, physics, music, reading, art and more. Things that are connected to genetics evolutionary.

Shin Lim by far the best magician I've seen

I was so moved with Kodi’s Golden Buzzer!
Pierce was such a douche to that little girl. He was basically telling her to changed herself. And then telling the guy not to chew gum. Wtf
He actually was right both times.
shin lim is a wizard. I don't care who tells me otherwise he is a legit wizard
oh grace you miracle you
Yes this is a Mother Kodie Lee....

Think how good it would be if you all spelt Kodi's name right

he was born a star
Love Kodi & Shin Lim
Ngl unpopular opinion I think getting backstories on talent shows shouldn’t be a thing 🤷🏽♂️ it’s kinda hard to say blind person throwing knives accurately is not more impressive then a person who isn’t blind doing it
I’m just saying having a disability and being good at something is deem more impressive then not having a disability n being good at something ya know
@@tcpeterson6832so how would people know that people had disabilities if there wasn’t an introduction
For some people, the disability makes the talent that otherwise wouldn't be as impressive more so, as the person with the talent has had to overcome a lot of additional obstacles to be as extraordinary. It shows the talent someone can possess with a serious hindrance, such as being blind yet having the accuracy to hit knifes in the precise location in an unfamiliar environment. The impression left from those performances hit differently since it is already an amazing thing to witness, then even more impactful when you imagine how these performances are from the perspective of those on the stage.
Some of those performances are not as impacted by their disabilities or background, and I agree that not all backstories are necessary or should be included. For people who are blind, autistic, deaf, or similar issues, it makes sense for it to be explained, as it affects the person in all aspects of life and impacts their performance or their ability to present themselves on the stage. For instance, the first performance in this video was given by someone autistic and blind, so he had to be escorted and aided by his mother through the performance. His inability to properly communicate in the traditional way people are accustomed to speaking or understand social cues does limit his ability to showcase himself outside of just when he is playing the piano and singing. In those instances, the backstory becomes necessary, otherwise he wouldn't have had the same reception by the judges as they wouldn't have understood his story and reason for his behavior without making assumptions that could be incorrect and hurt his image.
I do agree with the backstories that include the trials and problems faced by several people in the world or don't have any impact on the performance. For instance, the people with backstories, such as having survived breast cancer or having come onto the show after a family member passed away and came on the show in that person's memory. Those instances are a lot more grabby for sympathy points with the judges and make me feel the same as you. Those stories are not important to the audition or their ability to perform or present on the stage and should not be a thing included in any talent show introductions. In later episodes, only the backstories of the people that made it past the audition and later elimimation stages should be shared.mar.
Had to edit to fix some grammar flubs.
@@tcpeterson6832 I can’t overcome my disability to do regular everyday tasks. The fact that these contestants with disabilities can achieve these extraordinary things doesn’t make them special; it makes them superhuman. That must be a part of the backstory and deserves to be told, just like we should know if a contestant went through something like a difficult life or event on their way to success like with Nightbirde. It does indeed make a difference.
@@everliesseproductionsbro wrote a whole ass novel
