Kira, Bulindo and Najjera towns are the current upcoming Rich Neighboorhoods in Kampala Uganda.
If you intend on acquiring land or property in Uganda, i would highly recommend these very fast developing towns in Uganda and trust me your investment will be worth it.
The Road network has started to be improved/upgraded. These towns are boarded with premium amenities such as supermarkets, luxurious malls, international hospitals, high end schools among others.
