Without yellow fever vaccination you can't enter any African country. So you better have it
In other countries you can enter wthout.But when you hear them mentioning it-it means it's jus as vital as a passport.i conclude you can't enter Uganda without it.I too come from a country which a yellow is not needed but I'm residing in a country where it is compulsory

Which permit? What you need is a passport temporary or permanent, yellow fever vaccination card. Accomodation will be assisted to get once you reach the church
