- Happy November, friends!! 🌧️ We had a very rainy start to month where I live, so I wanted to take you along with me for a cozy rainy day vlog. I'm spending the day walking outside, making pumpkin spice body scrub and pumpkin spice hot chocolate, reading, cooking, and journaling. Snuggle up with a cup of tea, and let's spend this rainy day together!

It's absolutely stunning where you live! Embracing the changing seasons with nature is also what gives me a lot :) I could also relate feeling anxious and overwhelmed sometimes. I envy you this autumn vibes, trees, sceneries etc. 😍 In Poland in my area (Podlasie) autumn is not impressive this year. Lot trees shed leaves in September (it caught ilness or pests through summer i guess); Then we had weird temperatures. There was no red/yellow/orange/green mosaic :( All the best for you 🍁

As I sit here snuggled up, feeling under the weather today, you have kept me company and brought me such peace and contentment.
I am not at all surprised by your numbers going up. They represent all of us who appreciate everything you do. In a world that is so fast paced and not always kind, your videos are like a refuge from all of that. I can't think of better medicine to have me feeling better today. You are such a beautiful soul to share your lifestyle and experiences with us. I appreciate so much your healthy recipes. I had a craving yesterday for a hot chocolate. I used cocoa, fair trade 70% and I mixed in a small square of chocolate from an organic chocolate bar I have. I never thought of adding pumpkin puree but I am looking forward to trying it. When you have days where you are not feeling your best, where your anxiety creeps up on you, please know you are not alone and you have all of us here to offer you support.

I absolutely love the idea of making a monthly review journal entry. I often just focus on creating monthly spread sheets of things I wish to focus on for that month but never make time to do a reflection spread sheet where I celebrate my wins and see where I can improve. What a perfect day! We are expecting rain here on Friday so I'm really looking forward to it. Your Pumpkin Body Scrub sounds so good. I've made one with coffee before but I've never thought of pumpkin! Next week we are going to finally get some colder weather so I will be making hot cocoa soon too. I like to make a batch of homemade cocoa mix in a big jar so everyone can make themselves some whenever they want throughout the holidays. My next read is a book I just got from the library called A Most Agreeable Murder by Julia Seales. It's Jane Austen style murder mystery and I'm so excited to start it! I LOVE Jane Austen and I love cozy murder mysteries so it's the perfect mash-up for me. Thanks for another beautiful video! Sending hugs from Kentucky! 😊

Another wonderful video! I really want to try the pumpkin scrub! I sometimes make a brown sugar scrub for the shower and I like to add a little cinnamon and clove to the mixture and it smells absolutely delicious! I also love your structure of journaling. I think I may give it try especially the monthly favorites!

I have enjoyed the All Souls Trilogy and read them a couple of times. Make sure you read Time's Convert as well, as it continues the story. I didn't know about it until a friend showed me her copy and I had to rush home and order it ❤

Hi! Another video and it feels like meeting with a friend again:). I love it! So peaceful and cosy. And the walk had beautiful scenery! I had a similar experience as I got soaked on the way home from work. I ride my bike even in cold weather but I really enjoy fresh air and nature (even though my way doesn't go through the forest). What a coincidence! I even had similar drink today but it was instant gingerbread chocolate. I keep a journal too! It's not as pretty as yours but I try to write a highlight of each day. Look at you enjoying that rainy walk! It looks nice! Very pretty area. I was near that area on Friday! It is gorgeous. I wish my part of the state looked like yours sooo much. This body scrub is really cool looking. I am glad you had a good shower. Have you had the caramel hot cocoa from Trader Joe's?? It is so delicious, granted, I want to try this version that you concocted. That Moon Cycle cookbook looks perfect. I got my hormones checked just over a year ago because I was trying to get pregnant, but the day I got my blood checked was also the day I conceived haha. I had looked into all of the whole idea of how the cycle really controls so much of our bodies. Since I just turned 40 the other day, when I got my blood checked, I thought it was a pre-menopausal thing going on in me, but everything checked out just fine and my hormones were functioning well. Definitely look into getting your levels checked if that is a concern. I also went to a nutritionist at the same time to help me out. Love your journal entries. I hope you get more sleep as that really can have a play in your health too! You are amazing. Have a great week!
