In July of 2009, the Central New England Railroad ran speical excursions on the Griffin's line from the Amtrak station in downtown Hartford,CT north to Bloomfield,CT.
These excursion were held in conjunction with the NMRA convention in Hartford and the 75th anniversary of the MBRRE (Mass Bay Railroad Enthuiasts)
Blackstone River Productions captured action from both the ground and the cab of GP10 #3008!

I once rode a Budd car to Griffin's. I think it was in the 1970's...supposedly the State was going to start commuter service on this line, but they punked out...I was working for PC at the time on the Metro Region, and flying at Bradley Field with the CT Army Guard...Good video and I enjoyed seeing it...Thanks!!
