  • How to clean the Hydraulic Pump Suction Screen on your Allis Chalmers. Cleaning the hydraulic suction screen is often times overlooked on tractors. This hydraulic pump suction screen is important as it will allow or block the flow of hydraulic fluid to things like hydraulic remotes, power steering, 3 point lift arms, and of course your tractors transmission. There is a good chance that if you are having issues with your hydraulic remotes, power steering, 3 point lift arms, or your tractors transmission a blockage in this filter or screen is a likely culprit and cheap and easy fix as well. This hydraulic pump screen is the same in all of these Allis Chalmers models: 210, 220, 7010, 7020, 7030, 7040, 7045, 7050, 7060, 7080, 8010, 8030, 8050, 8070.
The part number or product number for a replacement are part number 253478, 70253478 or Product Number: ACS5822.
