Sugar Ray Leonard wanted to be like Muhammed Ali, Muhammad Ali wanted to be like Sugar Ray Robinson, Sugar Ray Robinson wanted to be like Joe Louis, Joe Louis wanted to be like Jack Johnson and so on... we all have inspirations, don't let that stop you from trying to imitate anyone you admire or look up to! Because the greatest had someone to look up to as well.

LaLonde was a LightHeavyWeight, but Leonard forced the promoters to have the fight at the lighter division, thus leaving LaLonde extra weight drained, which negatively affects strength and stamina.
