I think "Single state solution" is supposed to just be the One State Solution which was a proposed idea to have Palestine and Israel be one federal state. That didn't happen in our timeline, we went with the Two State Solution which obviously didn't work
Still a weird name, Palestinian/Israeli/Palestinian-Israeli-Federation or something more "neutral" would make more sense and be more understandable.
we have yet to see 2 state tho
