I really love the layout of this place. My favorite parts are the fireplace, morning room, & the back deck. I like the basement idea, having a small apartment down there. Oh, I love that bench when you come into the place.❤❤❤👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟
What is wrong with these builders selling $600K+ homes and using cheap-a** wire shelving and plastic shower inserts!?

2 coat closets… one for you. One for guests. That’s a great idea! (Or if you are US we would fill BOTH 😂) I ❤️ the breakfast room. If they had glass pocket doors that would be extra great. I like the kitchen but wish there was a bigger dining area or an official dining room. I wouldn’t wanna give up my breakfast room for that! Loved the downstairs. Loved the loft space upstairs. The rest was nice. Not a fan of the master bath. No water closet and no tub. Deal breakers!
Timothy, this house is the Bees Knees!! The Layout is just fabulous!! The Outside, with the Brick Pillars is so cute!! The Inside is definitely a roomy addition to this house 🏠🏡!! The Kitchen and all of the other rooms are huge and very versatile!! The Deck has plenty of artistry and space 🌌🚀 to have, lots of furniture!! There is nothing that I don't like, about this rustic home!! You keep outdoing yourself, each time!! Thank you, so much for all the time and energy, bringing us these kinds of homes!!
Love the layout. I don't really like the location of the half bath downstairs near the kitchen/dining. I would like that to be more near the entrance. I also would add that larger bedroom upstairs with it's own bathroom and that loft area I would have a sliding door leading to a deck overlooking the front of the house. Other than that I like it.
While not my favorite, the exterior would be fine. I believe I would use the office as a parlor. My office is located off the front porch. It is just too busy. I would use the basement bedroom for my office. I would want French doors to separate the living room from the morning room. I would also make a place for a fridge & microwave in the basement. That is a dead space in the laundry. I think I would have the sink there and no counter space.
Wassup Tim?! I love the pantry and fireplace, especially the stone work, big fan of that, gotta have that fireplace, makes the home cozy.
That's gorgeous. Although it's big, it still feels homely. They do stage these homes so nice. Looking forward to seeing the rest of them on your trip.
I like the layout of this home. Simple and cozy. That Florida room is my favorite!! I think the space under the sink built in is for the laundry baskets on wheels. You can get them at Home Goods. One says Lights and the other says Darks.
Yes, but how would access them, the dryer will be sitting in front of the opening. I suppose the dryer could be on wheels???😊

Seems like the laundry room could have been designed a bit better with upper cabinets too and the vegetable or bar sink is too small for what a laundry or utility room sink is usually used for.
Very nice home a one thing I wish was that those two transom windows in the living room could open for better air flow when the weather permits.
I actually drew construction drawings for this floor plan for Eastbrook years ago. I wondered when you’d make your way to west Michigan, and Eastbrook. You should’ve came to Grand Rapids in early October for the parade of homes.

Hi Tim! Haven't commented on a video of yours in quite some time, but this house's a looker! The layout works incredibly well, although I would've relocated the upstairs hall bath somewhere where it could have a window. Otherwise I loved it, and congrats on the new farm! Have a good day man!

Pretty home but the entry is way too small. Dump the redundant closet at the bottom of the stairs it would open it right up.
Excellent video Timothy, but one thing I saw that "I HOPE" builders aren't trying to bring back are those terrible texture ceilings!!! That is the WORSE LOOK EVER.
I have removed them from my bedrooms, still have the living to go. Unfortunately the house is old enough that the darn things have asbestos in them.

@@jayb9543 eventually, it's not a process I'm looking forward to. Everything will have to be moved out of the living room and we have to leave the house while the abatement team does it's work. Thanks for your thoughts.
Nice house, prefer master bedroom on the first floor
A bit dark but it’s a pretty nice house.
Many of the new homes seem to lean towards the macabre side IMO. I thought a stain wood mantle would look better with the black mounts. I'd also opt for stained wood on the stairs.
As you enter the front door areais small kinda tight,,then the stairs are right there too tight
Nice home but a couple of really odd building areas. Don't like how the stairs protrude into the entryway and the laundry room set up is weird.
Don’t like the entry way blocked/narrowed up by start of stairway!
Not my style. You got pooped doing the stairs, imagine being 68 with bad knees and ankles and dealing with those stairs. I like the basic first floor, but somehow getting a couple bedrooms added on the first floor would be great. Maybe add on to the Garage side of the house. Get rid of the second floor. Again, as in many home plans shown, the Garage is small unless you have smaller cars. Just met up with a friend at my 50th class reunion, he has a new pick-up with a 5th wheel trailer attachment...with the front brush guard and winch it is 23 feet long...22.1 feet stock. That 20 foot x 21 foot Garage wouldn't do it for him. In my area the majority of people I know have trucks and most often they are 4 door nowadays.
For that much money and for the bedroom and kitchen to be that small is horrendous to me.
