Running 8 mod maps are very cheap this league and extremely valuable because they greatly increase your map drops, imo with t17s being this expensive, almost every single strat should be running 8 mod maps with map nodes, it's just free currency. (wealthy exile has all the t17s underpriced, they all sell for 0.7-0.9 divines in bulk).
No MF is needed for this strat, although it's pretty free because HH gives you so much power in a strat like this. Keep in mind map drops and the legion reward tiles don't increase with player quant, so even with 0 mf your loot shouldn't be that much worse then mine.

i'm playing a similar atlas from start of the league, legion is so good with headhunter. the fact that you get the rare buffs when the monsters are sill in statis makes it even better. And i agree, the strat is a good one. found some good stuff, some raw divs here and there, and in general a ton of random loot. And most important, its quite fun to play
Yeah, it's honestly insane. It may be the best way to farm legion. I have a lighting strike champion. I bought a head hunter for 8 div, proceeded to double my profit per map.
You just have to make sure not to leave any stragglers. You don't want to leave a dude you broke out 10+ times for after your HH buffs are gone lmao.
But I used the money to switch to a Doryanis prototype build with mageblood and nimis, so tons of currency poured in. I think the HH was still better for this strat lmao.

i also observed that legions drop relatively a lot of raw divines. also i think legions are kinda fun to do, with a sudden rush of enemies and statis break effects, etc. great strat, thanks for sharing.
Yep, I drop a raw divine probably every 4-5 maps either from a chest or mob or incubator pop.

That’s the exact Strat I came up with. That nemesis scarab start slaps for better drops. You’ll get more curation scarabs and raw div drops from the extra mods on rares.
did you take out legion or map scarab for nemesis?

either works, use both and see how much loot you want hidden (t17 hides more)

I feel Fork or Chain are awesome, but not many builds on poeninja are using it
if you want to focus purely on legion, then awakened chain with chain range nodes are your best bet.

it works, but better on dunes.
Jungle valley has some really cancerous legion spawns eating up a lot of rares/chests quite often, i had better legions overall even on burial chambers

How big is nimis anyways that you use it over extra ventors, nimis probably better for t17 anyways right
Nimis greatly increases your clear speed and more then doubles your dmg. Quant also has diminishing returns, so an extra ventors isn't all that powerful. I would never drop nimis on LA.

What makes nimis so strong? Is it because you can remove the returning projectiles from your supports? Or is it the "increased projectile damage" affix? Also, isn't the "random direction" detrimental on single target? Sorry for the noob question, but I'm running a lightning arrow build and I'm at the point where I could spend all my div's on a nimis, just want to be sure I do the right thing
@@Fubgun Nimis is also feels like rng fiesta in terms of single target untill u steal some extra proj, maybe with +2 bow and when able to drop diamond flask for dying sun it's less rng but im not at that point yet xd
Cartography scarabs good. Been doing 2 of those in back to basics strat on t16 and making 20-25 div an hour easily

Does this only work for bow characters? Sorry im still kinda new to PoE, so all of this is still very confusing 😂
I tried this strat with both my chars, one being a templar caster build and my bow character. The bow character just clears legion mobs 20 times better, the movespeed and shooting arrows in every direction is great because you are on a time limit to break monsters out of the legion, fail to break them out then you get less rewards. My caster character is even level 100 with more damage but the movespeed and AOE of a bow character is great. If you have a build that has movespeed and aoe damage like a bow character then it could work but my bow char was so much better. @@IrukaShinkai no problem, I was a new player not so long ago so remember what it's like, a year later and i'm still learning new things everyday haha. A bow character in my experience is something you transition to when you have a lot of currency, as it's by far the most expensive build. But this league with the ease of crafting with the graveyard mechanic it's cheaper than ever. I got my character doing this strat very well with about 20d. Headhunter + 1500 ele bow is all you need. Then just fill in the rest with resists/suppression/life etc. You aren't playing archmage by any chance are you? Caster builds are my favourite because you can get pretty tanky with them and archmage is definitely that. I'd always reccomend casters to new players because dying can be annoying, especially when you want to try new content like bosses. They say in poe you pick two between damage/speed/tankiness, bow builds are speed and damage but casters are tanky with damage.
@@user-zo2li7bd7m I am indeed playing Archmage and having tons of fun with it! Still lacking in the spell suppression department sadly, but working towards it slowly haha. When i get going with some farming and sales ill go for the full experience on the bow character.
Why kill the boss first, is it not better to kill it last for the chance of getting divine boss altars
if you kill boss, you are also have chance for divine altar on mobs, and all mods will be good

yea. I ran 24 8 mod dunes maps and swapped the carto scarab for the carto 8mod scarab and got 117 8 mod maps back. Only about 60 of them I could run but you can try selling the others. You get a ton of 8mods back.
Damn I been running this all leagye because you can buy bulk scarabs for like 1c a pop this better not cuck me lmao.
I tried the Nemeses scarab and tbh I felt like it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Tried it for only 8 maps and decided against it, so maybe I needed to test more.
Looking at your wealthyexile 19d tab confirms my belief that nothing sub 10c is worth picking apart from turbo specific circumstances like simulacrum rewards that drop on top of each other or if you are running some alc and go no strategy strat that never drops anything worth more than 5c. 90% of the individual items picked up amass to less than 30% of the money (rough estimation). 76 dunes worth 0.1 divs more than the singular bloodline scarab. Could probably drop another item of equal value in the time it takes to loot, stash, list and trade 76 maps and not destroy your wrists clicking as much. Yet people have panic attacks if you give them a filter that doesn't show chaos orbs 1 month into the league.
Great video. Legion did take a hit with the nerf of stack deck drops from incubators. It's still one of the most consistent raw divine drop league mechanics that you can put in your maps and price of legion emblems is whatever hasn't been relevant since 3.17 when they added the passive tree.
Chaos orbs is super high value this league :) Tho i never remove them from filter anyway

@@cawfee254 Well we have some op leveling stuff this league so less clients for 5way xp services. Idc really i run the sets i farm myself, pretty nice and most of jewels sell for set amount of currency without the need to price check them plus i get to check all the lethal prides for myself^_^
@@cawfee254 For the legion farm they are irrelevant in profit calculation ever since the atlas tree got added. Maraketh and Templar emblems used to be expensive and made up a good portion of the profits. Ever since they gave everyone access to emblematic AND added the warhordes/seargents reward nodes they tanked. Did they still sell? Of course. Were they worth picking up? Probably. Were they relevant enough in the legion strat to warrant the question that people keep asking "were is the profit cause emblems are cheap?"... hell no

You should bulk farm normal maps and chisel to 20% qual and self corrupt with Val’s. Far more time consuming but the maps will return much more profit especially with the quality adds explicit modifier 3% to the map per 4% quality from the atlas node in the top left. Also when you self corrupt you get many higher corrupts for like 130% + quant maps.
You can do this farm on 5div char and if u wanna blast just get HH its 12div.....

it's only 25d/h if you have a trader who selling your items 24/7 for free. Otherwise it's like 10-15/d h maximum.

and Raw divines from incubators and legions are currency itself + you get bunch of Forultunate 2div divination cards

Nope, MF doesn't affect legion rewards tiles. You just really just need a fast character .
Yes and no. Mf does not affect the rewards from legion generals or legion rares with legion rewards or legion chest. But mf gear does affect all other drops from any monster without a legion reward attached to it including rares spawned without a reward and all other monsters in the map outside of legion. So mf gear in the long run will still outshine no mf gear in this strat for total profit per map.
@@ryanlewis5072 tldr: MF gear is not mandatory to get similar profit out of it. MF gear would helps more but it's still really lucrative

Yea left league after so many people cheated and got rich within few days with curation scarabs and shit, worst league in history id say.
I'm done with this league, got all signature items. Have to say this league is very unfriendly to newbies since the meta farming strat changes every day. This league does not give me the feeling of achieving something like defeating a big boss, just money printing and boredom.
Those 8 mods are kinda faux-8mod, really. You don't get the 12% explicit modifier effect, and you don't get 20 quant, all from the fact that they don't drop chiseled. So there's no big difference between those and well-rolled 100+quant chiseled alch map. Real 8 mod maps, though. That's the juice, for sure.

Divine per hour is not a proper metric to use IMO. Every build is different, and every other person's pace is different. Where fub gets 30d/h other person would get 10d/h because they or their build is simply slower. ROI per map seems to work better in that regard.

He explains that, do a map in 5 mins and its 25/hr. So if you take 10 mins its 12.5/hr. Not hard to figure out.
