as a ghanaian, it brought me to tears seeing that you took the time to understand our language. many people assume that all sub-saharan africans speak the same language, so the fact that you were so dedicated to learning twi (among other languages) and can speak it even better than a native ghanaian like myself blows my mind. seeing this kind of stuff brings a smile to my face because i spent most of my life in america feeling ostracized and ashamed for speaking a tongue that very few americans have even heard of since so much emphasis is put on romance languages like italian and spanish. i can hardly put into words how much this means to me. for once, i feel seen.

It’s crazy that people believe that about Sub-Saharan Africa when there’s literally an unfathomable amount of linguistic diversity there. I’m American and I value these languages.
@Avzarathustra until I had family living in Ghana 🇬🇭 I was under those false beliefs, I think it comes from the public school system in America 🇺🇸 I feel they try to downplay how amazing west Africa truly is so we don't get our money/education and invest or return to the motherland.

This man is what we as humans should strive to be be, someone who had a love for knowledge. Knowledge that not only enriched himself but made his fellow humans feel welcome and happy. If I ever hear about something bad like a mass shooting or awful event caused by humans I watch Moses's videos to restore my faith in humanity. Watching this man put smiles on people's faces just by speaking another language is so heart warming, it's crazy to see just how words spoken differently can unite people. He maybe gone but his life I hope will not be forgotten, a man who truly made the world a better and loving place.
I love how his videos always cut from casual conversation and laughing to businessman Moses saying like hope you are enjoying the video this is how I learn my languages and I hope you’ll use it to learn too

I'm a Canadian born Tamil from Sri lanka and if you want to say how are you say: "Eppadi irru-kir-ingal? Eppadi su-ham? "it's great to hear you speak my language thank you!😊
I've never heard anyone say "eppadi sugam" in tamil nadu, maybe it's a Sri Lankan thing, but eppadi irukeenga works best. Also, rip Moses, you will live on in our hearts forever.

I absolutely love Twi, and the Ghanaian accent in general. I worked with Ghanaians in aviation for almost 5 years and I was able to learn a little bit from them. Such awesome people.
Though I've been a langauge lover for 2 years, I never came across this guy's videos till today. Very sad to hear that he passed away at such a young age. May you reach the heaven of multiple languages, bro.

I think it would be impossible for me to string a basic sentence along but this guys speaks with fluency. Speaking to the last lady talking about distilled water. All the words to learn I never thought distilled would crop up in a passing by conversation. Not only can he speak fluently he can also understand it. Being able to speak a language I guess will get you so far in life but being able to understand it is a whole new level. This guy could move to anywhere in the world. Could make a fortune for very rich business men who make deals all across the globe
