Well atleast he tried the best he can, that's why I respect him too rather than some people who thinking they able to speak of while in reality they aren't speak that much. There some PM or Pres hired an Interpreter and it's pretty common to country that English or other language that is not their primary/mother language. Especially if you kinda like javanese or even sundanese as your mother tounge have, your accents pretty much have big influence that stuff is pretty common too.
For simple example is PM Abe-san from Japan he hire an interpreter also he can't speak english, Xi Jiping, Kim Jong Un and so on. OR other example who use a note and have unique accent you can watch how Angela Merkel English speech. So whats the different then?
