    Love your work, big inspiration to me! I spend most of my school day watching your videos, and most of my studio time trying to make your stuff

    More miniature vids, please! New to ceramics, and soon to try my hand at using a miniature potter's wheel. Any advice as to how to fire tiny pieces without a kiln? Would baking them in a regular oven work, or using a kitchen blow torch? Should I invest in a microwave kiln? Any insights much appreciated. Love your work!

      You would need a kiln to be able to fire ceramics as it would need to get to a much higher temperature than you can achieve with e.g. an oven or a blowtorch.

    Are these for sale, or are they tests for new glazes? Also, do you ever accidentally close the neck in completely?

      Connor Caproon these will be for sale :) And yes sometimes it closes up completely, then I have to cut the top off and try and pull up more

    what type of clay do you use?

  • @Ulujmf
    @Ulujmf Před 7 lety

    obviously you can't put water in this pot because the neck is not hollow

    • @Matthornepottery
      @Matthornepottery  Před 7 lety

      Ulujmf actually it is hollow, you wouldn't put water in it anyway....

      Matt Horne Pottery , I used to make long narrow neck like this but the glaze was clogging the neck. very tricky
