I wanted to try and grow this fruit called rollinia I’ll have to get a rollinia tree next year Otherwise it Might die if I buy it this year because it’s getting a little bit cold
Maybe start the seeds indoors around late winter?

I’ve try to germinate dwarf banana seeds twice and nothing sprouted but I think one sprouted but then it just died
I just think it is cool growing banana from seeds at all, I am always going from pups, much easier I think.
This year is going to be the first year my banana's fruit and flower. They grew super slowly because of the extremely thin and bad quality soil i have in my garden. it took 4 years to get to a point that should have taken a year at most. Hopefully the next generations wont have as hard of a time and grow faster.
Congrats! Maybe add some cow manure and compost to enrich the soil? The soil here is basically sand.
