Why is it cops think they need our Name and birth date to investigate for a crime. First, they need to determine weather or not a crime even exist. Then if they can articulate that a specific crime has taken place it would be protocol to name the actors involved and what involvement we played.

I totally believe that police have a quota on how many names they run, and or entered into systems. This "report" will also hold the cops narrative of the persons actions. I bet if they would investigate those reports, more police would be on the "Brady List".
