    Sir,
    Hopefully you are doing well. 😇
    Thank you for uploading this video.
    I really love these tutorials .❤️🤩
    Especially the split technique , it really helps and I can do it without the risk of damaging the underlying hard tissue.
    Thanks a lot for uploading such helpful videos. ❤️
    As always, I'm sharing this ahead. 😀
    You have always been kind and compassionate enough to care for your students and patients equally.
    ❤️❤️❤️
    I firmly believe that especially in the field of Medicine/ Dentistry, here if a teacher who prepares his students well and help them achieve greater efficacy also contributes equally in raising a new generation of Doctors/Dentists who would benefit the people.
    A great teacher would always care to teach his students in the best ways possible;
    because he wants his students to provide best treatment to patients as well.
    Whenever I think about this suddenly your name crosses my mind.
    You are not only a successful Dentist , but also a great teacher.😃
    Earlier I used to think, that I would surely ask you someday :
    Aap apni ek carbon copy yahan bhi bhej skte hain kya please....☺️
    After two years, I have realised that the impact you have made through your channel is undoubtedly impressive, and it really helped us all and is still helping many and would continue to help many more people in future.
    And a good phrase that we all know :
    Learn from the best , to become the best. 🌟🌟
    Undoubtedly many of us dream to become a successful Dentist like you someday. 😇
    You have helped us each day in reaching the level of efficacy at which you have been working since a long time. 🌟
    In a way you have made a conscious effort in instilling a great capacity, good work ethics and efficiency within us.🤗
    Thank you for investing your precious time and invaluable efforts in helping the future dentists.🌟🌟
    I'm somehow filled with hope and happiness whenever I see a notification from your channel.😃
    Thank you for filling our hearts with positivity and hope, something that we need every single day.✨✨
    Thank you for being our inspiration. 😇
    May God reward you immensely for your efforts.
    Stay Blessed always 😇
    Best Regards.💐
    Our generation is blessed enough to have a mentor like you. 😇

    I didn't know the correct way.... but now I can tell her

      A very slight chance that can happen. Otherwise take an impression before cutting the bridge and then give a temporary using that impression after implant placement.

I feel the crown is too high... since i can see a gap between my bite.. I want to throw this crown out of my mouth. i am feeling sick already.. I am not sure my dentist can perform this efficiently or not. After paying alot of money in RCT, still I am suffering.

    • @DRSMFaizan
      @DRSMFaizan  Před 5 měsíci +1

      The laser used to remove veneers/crowns costs between 50k-100k USD so basically very few clinics in the world have it. Unless you have it or can afford to buy one, the only way is to either use the instrument used to pull off crowns (which i avoid as the tooth can also break) or cutting off the crowns as in the video. Hope that helps

      All crowns can be cut this way, including Zirconia. You just need multiple burs so that the cutting efficiency is still there. I usually use 2-3 new burs to precisely cut a crown. 1 bur for each side of tooth.
