Gavin is in luck. Ownership of a flamethrower is legal in every state in the country, except California. And crossbows are legal in Texas, provided:
-The crossbow has a minimum pull of 125 pounds
-The crossbow has a mechanical safety
-The crossbow stock is not less than 25 inches in length.
-Telescopic sights are lawful.
That list is from the Texas state website rules and regulations on hunting. Long story short, I don't think Gavin can be arrested for his flamethrower OR his crossbow. Gavin, feel Free (pun intended) to talk to the police about your missing WMDs.

Methylphenidate They were going for a mastermind achievement of some kind and it required completing a set of missions with zero deaths, but there is a way to escape without having the game detect it and that is to have everyone kill the game. So ‘bumcheese’ is what they’d yell to kill the game to avoid having a death detected and avoid failure.
