Good video, shows the basics to get it accurate easily. So, basically, ram it down from the middle to the corners then use the correct sharp blade to get it all shaped correctly?!! gdgd!!

Make one for yourself to practice...train there then do your main work anywhere it is when you know you won't cut it short...
