It’s been a year since Stefan left this world. I hope he died knowing that he affected the lives of so many people and made so many of us laugh and smile daily. And I hope that he was glad in knowing that he was around to entertain so many of us not only as kids but later as teens and adults. RIP Stefan Karl, you will always be number one in our hearts.

It's strange how you only get one chance at life. Most people wasted their life, but Stefan lived his life to the fullest. He donated to cancer research, brought joy to many children, and inspired countless memers. He will not be remembered as a meme, gag, joke, or even a legend. No he was more than a legend... he was a hero. As I said at the beginning Stefan only got one shot at life, and his life was a one of a kind. He will always be number one.
It's just too bad that he could've done so much more but Bile Duct Cancer exists and that makes life painful.

Although it did not save this man's life, it raised awareness to pancreatic cancer and supported to donate to cancer foundations.
