The problem is the PD armor is scuffed if you look at Dean’s POV, his health is almost all the way down, but his armor is still 3/4 how does that make any sense? Your armor always goes off first and then your health goes down. How was his armor still on but his health is going down
I’m assuming armor only gets used on torso shots
U played counter strikes and Valorant before even in ever fps games the HP always goes down first before the armor GTA has genre of FPS think twice before you complain

It makes perfect sense. You're stilling thinking it's 3.0 and armor is extra health but it isn't.
4.0 is heavily influenced by Tarkov (thanks to Koil) and in Tarkov armor is a damage mitigator. You sustain less damage when you have armor, not *no* damage. And once the armor is broken then you have no protection and sustain the full damage.

I'm not even a hydra fan or something but u need to stop crying. The server has been going for months and they did nothing wrong. It makes complete sense to shoot cops on a gun heist

All hydra do is grind and provide zero rp for the server. Every single hydra clip on yt either involves a gun or is them pushing weed with 30 people in the forum apartments
