    Good guide, just got to work on enunciating a little bit better, at a few points I had no idea what you were saying.

    Thanks for these tips! I didnt even knew the last one! But i got a question, when should i use the ultimate? I know it sounds kinda dumb to ask, but my ults have been quite bad
    (also, out of topic, that mythic skin you use was from season 4? When i see it on the hero gallery it says "on the battle pass", it quite tricks me)

      When to ult isn’t a completely straight forward thing as it obviously depends on the situation. I’ll try to help as much as I can tho: Your ult is pretty powerful and can sometimes win fights by itself. However, it isn’t guaranteed. Try to make sure you and your team is in a position where you can follow up on the damage as the enemy will likely get healed back up quickly afterwards if you’re unable to capitalise. As I said in the vid, try to make sure the enemy doesn’t have cc like sleep online so that you can follow up on your own ult without fear because this should allow you to pretty much guarantee at least one kill. Do also be aware of enemy ults like transcendence or sound barrier as they can completely nullify your ult. Most of the time, you’ll want to try and force it out by putting heavy pressure on them (especially when it comes to zen) so that you are free to ult. At lower ranks, players probably won’t be aware of the importance of their ult and so you should be able to just wait until they happen to use it. However, slightly higher up players will know to analyse your team comp and so will likely save their ult for yours. You can also have one of your teammates pressure the enemy with a weaker ult of their own (eg bastion ult on a zen). If the enemy feels they are about to die, they will likely ult to save themselves, leaving an opening for you afterwards. If they don’t ult and they die, you can then use yours as long as you aren’t already dominantly winning the team fight. In general, you will only want to use 1, 2 or maybe 3 ults in a team fight if desperately needed, even if you have all 5, as it will likely be important to save some for the next couple of fights. So if you’re team is already winning the fight and have already used a couple of ults to do so, just save your own. Obviously this comes down to the situation and there are some times when you may need to ult as well to swing the tide of a crucial fight, but overall ult economy is very important in this game. At the same time, you don’t want to save your ult forever. This is a mistake many newer players make (and even me sometimes). Since your ult takes a while to charge, you want to use it perfectly, and so you wait a long time to use it. However, in that time you could have gotten 2 or 3 ults if you just actually used it. I’m not saying you have to use it immediately when you get it, but try not to save it for too long. Last thing I promise. You can also sometimes combo your ult with other ults to make sure you win the fight. This can include things like a dragon strike or a deadeye, but quite a few things can work. Do remain careful that you don’t overspend, but it may still be helpful to secure victory. Depending on what ults your team has tho, there are situations where you can use your ult to force out trans/beat. This won’t usually be the play as your ult is quite powerful. But if you also have a blade, you could use flux first and then blade when the enemy is defenceless. This won’t be the case for most ults tho, so usually your best bet is to just try to force it out first.
      I apologise for the length and if it may have been a little difficult to read but I just woke up so hopefully it still helps you
      Also the way they mark skins like that is weird I agree, but so is most things that have to do with new overwatch monetisation (battle pass, shop etc.)

    2 gripes about sigma is the time it takes to re deploy your shield and the ult vulnerability 🤣I almost never use it on a full time

      The shield cool-down is very annoying

  • @NUSORCA
    @NUSORCA Před 4 měsíci +4

    half your video is game journalism, this is what actual tips look like:
    1 the shield is most effective when the enemy is in range of your balls.
    2 don’t try to block all dmg with your shield and the shield should be used selfishly but occasionally for your teammates
    3 try “shield up then shield down THEN immediately use graviton Grab” to push throw a choke point like the ones in circus royal
    4 try to ignore tank (especially orisa) and go for the squishies to annoy them bc sometimes even doing minor splash dmg can pressure them out of position
    5 it’s easier to land hits when you take it slow and aim at the ground to let the balls bounce back up or do splash dmg
    6 there’s nothing wrong with solo utling
    7 remember to switch when you get overwhelmed by dive
    8 AND DONT TAKE SO MUCH DMG BC IM A ZEN MAIN
