Love the Grove at Christmas time. I'm not into fashion as much but loved the restaurants and window shopping. The farmers market is historic and so fun.

Alas, travel shopping is sometimes restricted to luggage size. We are travelling for 12 months and only have a carryon suitcase. It is killing my wife and daughters that they cant go market shopping in Asia. The dolls are pretty amazing
I used to go to the Grove when my brother lived near Hancock Park. It's good to see that the market is still going strong. Did you have a cronut at Dominique Ansel? In NYC they're usually sold out. Do they really prohibit photography there!?? Lame!!
I actually had a cronut at the NYC Dominique Ansel and it was way too sweet for me. I much prefer their almond croissant :) And yes, according to security there, photography is prohibited but we saw so many others with cameras :/
So if I show up with my Android, I'm going to be arrested? WTF. Is Google aware of this? This place seems like a a corporate law-suit waiting to Happen!

My favorite restaurant in america is right near there it has the best spaghetti and meatballs and even icecreams .
Pasta and ice cream are my two favorite guilty pleasures! Gotta try to find it next time :)
Travel Pockets yeah there’s a restaurant when you go south of it there’s a road cross it and there are shoppes and restaurants it hidden right there .
