@@ThelegendofEast Hes not gonna respond to you buddy so I'm the best you've got. A 3060 just isnt capable, (I used to own a 3060), of running these graphics and other modifications at 1440p let alone 4k. Sure there are things you can do to save fps but the best you would get is 25-35 fps on 1440p and maybe just maybe a steady fps like 50-60 on 1080p. Take into account that not only does he have a graphic modification whether that be NVE or QuantV, but in addition he also has added vegetation, car models, skin retextures, etc. I didn't mean my comment to come off as rude so I apologize, I'm just trying to help you. You've got good specs, just not good enough for 4k or a steady fps. Maybe you could play 1440p at 50-55 fps if you limit some settings, but then again you arent getting that full experience gamesource does and overall, you just will not be satisified. I have a rtx 4080 right now and probably with all those modifications I will struggle running 60 fps on 4k. Hope this helps a little bit.

@@ThelegendofEast VisualV, earlier versions of NVE with performance boost or lowered settings, Natural Vision Remastered if you can find it and maybe quantV with performance boost. If you want it like gamesource it will be hard to do because he mixes graphics I think
