I think the power scaling was going left to right in ascending order. So Zeus and them are on the same row but not the same power level. The celestials are just built different and they never skip leg day lmbo. While people on the upper row are just unnatural, godlike, and then the one above all
If you meant right to left then you have a point I mean Galactus did take out a celestial when at full power and he has beaten Odin. Galactus defeat by Zeus was when the chaos god was controling Zeus so it’s not something Zeus could do normally.
They had a big role in Twilight of the Gods. They couldn't even be beat. They had to be appeased by Thor's mother Gaia who gave them an offering of genetically superior beings.
I had the celestials marvel trading card as a kid and all of their stats were incalculable. They went past the ten on the scale. That always intrigued me. But I forgot about them completely until your videos. They are cooler than my second grade self ever knew.
I have those cards. I think it read “not applicable”, which makes sense given the ambiguity surrounding them. The same card series had the Living Tribunal, which was undoubtedly the most powerful Marvel Character in that card series.

While I do agree that the Celestials are woefully inconsistent the Skyfather issue is one of those things where IT is the outlier, based on all the evidence we have to support the power of Skyfathers, Hell Lords, Galactus, the Stranger and so on. Moreover, that story with Thanos showing his younger self the hierarchy came after the one where the Skyfathers got no-sold by Arishem. For example, Skyfathers and even Hell Lords jave better feats than Celestials overall. Odin has directly fought Galactus and was able to match him even though he was weakened due to being overdue for the Odinsleep. Even in classic days, Odin was able to match Dr Doom with Galactus' powers despite him having a bunch of other power-ups as well. . As for the Jarnbjorn incident, it was also noted by Odin in that story (after Thor had already enchanted Jarnbjorn) that said enchantment was specifically hidden away and never to be used unless the Celestials came for Asgard itself. The reason being that Odin had seen a terrible future being brought about if it was used in any other scenario. Moreover, that enchantment may have been developed AFTER the issue with the Odinsword and on top of THAT, the ritual necessary to enchant Jarnbjorn was pretty vague in how it worked exactly however, it was blood magic - something usually considered dark/evil magic - and was so powerful that it required royal Asgardian blood to even attempt in the first place. . The Phoenix host in the Avengers 1,000,000 BC was nowhere near the full Force and Galactus has proven superior to individual Celestials at practically every opportunity and he scales pretty evenly with Skyfathers and Hell Lords (provided the latter are in their own dimension). The point is that the Celestials are ridiculously powerful despite being very inconsistent but I do believe that the Skyfather issue was an outlier contradicted by the majority of their other showings. I mean, this is the same comic where the combined might of Odin, Zeus and Vishnu - and then amplified by being channeled through the Odinsword no less - was described as only being enough to knock a planet of it's axis. Odin alone has multiple universal and universal+ feats. The idea that somehow the 3 most powerful Skyfathers all combined pooling their power only came up with planetary levels of power is pretty ludicrous.

Rob in the Original Galactus Origin Story did u ever notice Galans fellow passengers are all wearing similar suits and color scheme as the Celestials from 616 .... i always felt the passangers that were with Galan became the Celestials being so close to the heat death of everything or at least thats how their energy transfered through no knowlege of who they were but still had the scientifc function

Can you do one on A.I Tony stark in Venom the end, I think they might be some of the most powerful beings in marvel, with them killing all of the cosmic beings, including oblivion (I think his true form, because his heralds do not look like him, and a drop of his power made, Amatsu, so having a avatar wouldn’t make sense.), and the living tribunal, but that feat is used to much now, but killing oblivion, I do not know if anybody else did that. (Maybe old man Thanos, but I do not remember seeing him in the mountains of bodies, with the living tribunal.)
It should also be noted that kubik (a sentient cosmic cube) stated that a celestial were infinitely more powerful than him even though his powers were infinite. Also, the Beyonder (also a cosmic cube)once tried to destroy what he thought was their world only to realize that it wasn't actually their world and he didn't actually destroy them. It was all an illusion the celestials did so they could observe him.

I grew up on comics mainly marvel but it seems I remember Thor defeating the stranger and one on one bottle and I thought I just heard the stranger described as being on a level much higher than what Thor would’ve been on? I mean, this is the same comic where the combined might of Odin, Zeus and Vishnu - and then amplified by being channeled through the Odinsword no less - was described as only being enough to knock a planet of it's axis. Odin alone has multiple universal and universal+ feats. The idea that somehow the 3 most powerful Skyfathers all combined pooling their power only came up with planetary levels of power is pretty ludicrous.

Rob in the Original Galactus Origin Story did u ever notice Galans fellow passengers are all wearing similar suits and color scheme as the Celestials from 616 .... i always felt the passangers that were with Galan became the Celestials being so close to the heat death of everything or at least thats how their energy transfered through no knowlege of who they were but still had the scientifc function

Can you do one on A.I Tony stark in Venom the end, I think they might be some of the most powerful beings in marvel, with them killing all of the cosmic beings, including oblivion (I think his true form, because his heralds do not look like him, and a drop of his power made, Amatsu, so having a avatar wouldn’t make sense.), and the living tribunal, but that feat is used to much now, but killing oblivion, I do not know if anybody else did that. (Maybe old man Thanos, but I do not remember seeing him in the mountains of bodies, with the living tribunal.)
It should also be noted that kubik (a sentient cosmic cube) stated that a celestial were infinitely more powerful than him even though his powers were infinite. Also, the Beyonder (also a cosmic cube)once tried to destroy what he thought was their world only to realize that it wasn't actually their world and he didn't actually destroy them. It was all an illusion the celestials did so they could observe him.
Just a curious question? I grew up on comics mainly marvel but it seems I remember Thor defeating the stranger and one on one bottle and I thought I just heard the stranger described as being on a level much higher than what Thor would’ve been on?
