If you don’t have a cake dummy, can you put the name tag in a ziplock bag to keep it pliable and then attach to your cake at a later date; like a week or two later? Or, will it dry too hard to be curved around the cake? How far in advanced can you airbrush? I have read that the color starts to fade within a couple of days. I’ll be using my airbrush for the first time, next week. Thank you for all your videos!
Hi Ann! I have put decoration in a ziplock bag for 10 days and they dried out too much. So I try not to store them in a bag longer than 5 days or so. And I never airbrushed something more than 5 days in advance, so I'm not sure if the color fades after that amount of time. I hope that helps!
A question can I use gel water based colouring and dilute it with maybe lemon juice or vodka? Will this set dry?
I would recommend only using airbrush colors in an airbrush machine. It can clog really easily!

Hey I have a question, it’s not about what’s in the video but I hope you can help me out. Anyway I just recently brought a edible printer system from icing inks printer a canon TS700. I printed a image but the color is off & how do you print your images in the right color? TIA!!!
I've had a few people come to me with that problem, but I never personally experienced that! You can actually call Icing Images directly and they should be able to talk you through what you need to do. I believe there are settings on your printer that may need to be adjusted.

How do you get your colors so vibrant? Ilon your edible printer???
I'm not sure what you're asking? The colors in this video were sprayed on using an airbrush gun.
@@KarolynsKakes lol I realized that after watching the video. But I do notice with all your edible images they are so vibrant. I think I have the same printer from icing images and use the same refill cartridge. I just cleaned the cartridge and put new ink in. But some of my images just aren't super vibrant??? Is there are trick???
Hi I'm having a difficult time in pricing cakes. How much would you charge for a cake like this?
I don't like to tell my prices just because there are so many factors that go into pricing a cake. I may not be able to charge as much as you could if your skill level is higher or if you live in a big city like New York. Hey! The programs were already installed on my computer when I bought it. You can purchase Microsoft Office software online, (Google Microsoft Office to find it) and buy the one that has the programs you want. I believe the basic one has Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and the other ones have more programs like Outlook for email, so you'd have to decide which one is best for you!

It all depends on how much I have. A small amount is in there between 5-15 seconds.
