Shark should have some sort of height adjustment feature, a serious design error for otherwise what would be a great product. Nice video as always, Shark week has been great.

My grans got that vacuum well I'm a kid but I love vaccum cleaners so I use it some times Hard floor works on carpet she got it in 2022 for chrismas

I wonder if this might have performed better on a lower pile carpet such as the one in your entrance hall. I just felt that laying the a piece of carpet over an already high pile one would not have improved the suction and would have needed a hard base under it. Just a thought.. Loved the videos this past week and you have been so bright and chirpy, must be the Summer weather over there.. I must say I am looking forward to our lovely hot Summer to hit Australia. 😃
I have this vacuum and a Saxony carpet and never had this problem mine is alway on max suction. I have owned two shark vacuums and I prefer this cheaper one.
If you continually put the flex in that clip above the handle, it will badly kink and eventually break. The flex on my Shark vacuum cleaner broke and was instructed by Shark customer service to put tape around it, so much for Sharks five year warranty.
Sorry what do you mean by flex in the clip?
I have problems to as it is very difficult to push but found that if you organise which way to push it it is easier. I noticed from your video that when you turned it was a little easier on your first carpet. Maybe it has something to do with the 'lay' of the pile

This is a great vacuum cleaner but I live in Australia and I like the Electrolux cyclonic canister or upright are better
I'm looking at the kink in the tube where it connects to the handle warily, how long before that splits ?
This is a bit like my old Morphy Richards cleaner. Similar in design, but at least that doesn't try weld itself to the carpet or rug! Not bad though I suppose for a budget cleaner.
The Morphy Richards was basically a Shark but branded Morphy Richards before Shark started making inroads into the UK market. Shark still sell that design in the U.S.
Had same problem with this model wouldn't hoover with ease 2 rugs. loved the NV601UK31 model Wow
Only keeping for the attachment brush have to put it on wand and hoover with the attachment

For this model, For a "pet" model I am surprised that none of the cleaner heads here have the fins for the anti-hair wrap feature. I guess it is to save money?

👍👍I have corded upright too, Dyson DC51, but I would like to test Dyson newest upright.
Can you try putting the dual clean head from one of your other corded lift away shark vacuums on this one to see if you could simply buy the duo clean head and this vacuum and simply sell the head that it comes with?
I sold most of my other corded Lift Aways and the couple I’ve kept are in storage at the moment.

U can attach the wand directly to the powerhead
You can’t with this model and even if you could, the powerhead would not work as this is not a powered lift away.

If it was corporate I would have recommended it wholeheartedly. I did not like this cleaner and said so in the video. I sold it soon after this video was made.
