What can I say... I'm not ready to leave the mountain yet :)
This video took me ages to edit, this was the first video of this drama that I started but nothing I made satisfied me. I'm finally glad with the result, and it gave me the possibility to use the uncut scene from ep 12 so... :D
I don't know if this is my last wenzhou video, I have nothing in mind right now but who knows! I'm not done with the drama yet, and I have ideas for videos related to other characters so... we'll see!
I really wanted to focus this video on their relationship (so no individual POV here). Basically it's a strangers to lovers/soulmates and angst with happy ending video haha.

This edit just reminds me of why Wen Kexing and Zhou Zishu's love story stole the hearts of many people across China and the rest of the world. Their love is literally so powerful. Zhang Zhehan and Simon Gong's chemistry in Word of Honor is on a legendary level.

They had to dubbed so many scenes.... I still have a confusion if WKX voice is real or dubbed.
@@tanujachakraborty9409 then the actor must have dubbed himself in post production. Chinese film sets are too contaminated with unwanted sounds to allow the audio being used in the end product. in the case of WoH a lot of the spoken word has been changed in post-production to pass censorship

The producer, Ms Ma, the amazing woman who made all this good thing happened, died 2 months ago at the age of 44. Reminiscent of that beautiful spring, and this is still one of the best fan-made clips of the show. Unfortunately we'll never have another story of this quality in China again.

I still can remember the pain this drama inflicted me because of wen xe zing's death. He gave his life to save this soul mate. That's what we call true love. It made me so depressed when I saw him never coming back again. But after watching the special episode before I knew it I was in tears .Tears of joy for Wen ke zing's comeback. Truly a masterpiece 🥺❤

You know? Every now and then you come across a fan edit that you just know will stick with you forever. One of those that you randomly think about out of nowhere many years down the line and then have to watch again and all the feelings will hit you all over again. This is one of those. I'm a mess right now. This unraveled me. It's unbelievably beautiful. That song. The evolution of their relationship. The joy. The pain. The connection between them. Damn. That moment when Wen Kexing says "We're feeling the same, how fortunate I am." and then the music expands and they start spinning and then the close-ups as they look at each other? That was the exact moment I started falling apart. It's probably my most favourite moment in this and the entire thing is already on an insane level of emotional intensity, it's absolutely captivating. Thank you so much for making this, it's amazing

I cannot eat and smile knowing that Gu Xiang and Cao Wen Ning didn't complete their wedding in the drama and they died 😭. The world seems grey after their death. Not even the Wenzhou cp is able to colour my world 😖😖

The concert was their episodes 37. They had a complete wedding and even got blessing from WenZhouhou ❤️💙 and even Tragicomic Ghost (Aunt Luo) managed to attend the wedding this time around. It has many sweet moments. I cried a lot during the concert wedding, I am very happy about it.
I can bet my lucky charms that after Wen Kexing woke up and became immortal(for the people who didn't watch the epilogue, yes WKX lived and became immortal) Zhou Zishu cried like a toddler while cursing Ye Baiyi and calling him Old Monster for the first time while WKX watches in surprise.

Just finished Word of Honor & I am speechless...this epitomizes the love with no end. This storyline connects at such a level, so climatic on so many levels, allowing both actors chemistry to fill in the gaps. This is what we all seek in our soulmates.

Zhou Zishu and Wen Kexing, they are sooo sooo unique, beautiful and handsome.🥰 And they looked somehow innocently since the beggining till the end. Marvelous actors. This is top quality drama, one of the best I have seen so far. And the costumes, landscapes, martial arts are just wow. Highly recommanded series. 👍
i finished word of honor yesterday and it’s been hard to move on, not that i want to or will ever ! it’s just the emptiness that now lingers without being able to see wenzhou’s living together, the end was just so Powerful ❤️ lao wen and A’xu being together for eternity, they definitely came a long way & fulfilled their word of honor which they made to each other that is to either live or die together ! ❤️

@@danacamelia4653 aw i understand, honestly when i first heard about word of honor, i just knew i’d like it ! & so i waited till all the episodes came out to be able to binge. i knew i’d like it but i ended up falling head over heels in love with it 💘 i never thought someone can top wangxian for me but wenzhou did it pretty easily, even though both are costume dramas word of honor is really different than TU in my view. The entire feeling is different. Fan edits are amazing but i’d say that you are missing out on so much by not watching the whole thing.
Trust me i know what you are talking about the feeling of knowing that you’re gonna be terribly empty after finishing it yet still watching but i’d say go for it !! it’s a too beautiful experience to not experience.

These two actors, brought to life these two character's, on screen. You captured their essence in this FMV, you did it beautifully! Actors have to resonate with their character's, these two, were their character's on screen. It amazes me, how actors can pull a role off, so perfectly! They were made for these role's, it is like fate pulled them together, as they are the exact copies of the books character's, they fit like a glove. Funny thing, each actor is the opposite of the character they played in the drama. Yet, they put their heart and souls into bringing us the feelings, of love, hurt, pain, sadness, they portrayed these emotions perfectly, the character's on screen fell in love. So we fell in love, with the character's, this is how a drama should effect people. Thank you for your edit, it was beautiful!

Ok if you say they are a beautiful mess then what is my heart right now? I just finished the drama and boy did I make a river. I fell for the author's tricks like the martial arts world did for Zhao Jing's. I loved Wenzhou so much. I loved them more than anything. I always thought what people always meant when they said : "The author is so mean. " I always wondered what it was all about but today.. Today I learned what they meant by those words... My pain is endless. My soul has turned dark.. Nothing can give me happiness now. My life has been a lie. Although after mourning so much, I found this video which has them looking at each other with a white haired Wen Kexing. It stopped the rivers for a bit but my heart will forever have this huge scar. And lastly dam Zhao Jing, damn Prince Jin, damn the five lakes alliance, damn the beggars gang and the (quack) called ep 36.

what's beautiful about their love is that they didn't love eachother because of external reasons (not ZZS dying, not WKX being ZZSs junior) they loved eachother simply because of who they were as people. circumstances brought them together and tore them apart but what they felt for eachother is what kept them going.
