Seems like a lot of jerks show off their jerkiness when someone else is trying to use the public highways without their permission.
All petty, entitled morons who brake check because they dont get their own way should be charged with attempted assault with a deadly weapon.
See the problem is so many mentally under developed poor excuses for humans have been allowed to brake check for so long that it is condoned by the police. This should be a felony since it endangers passengers and the public.
And saying sorry is not an excuse.
Used to work both Municipal and Traffic. Dealt with to many cases on the docket of brake checkers killing others(that they weren’t raging with). You are choosing to start the rage or even engage. It’s never worth it. Not when it lands you prison time.
So what did we learn here?
That brake checking was bad?
Nah...we knew that.
We learned that blasting your horn in anger for 20 seconds, flashing your headlights while raging, and doing 45 in the fast lane might result in a brake check.
We also learned that we only get half of the video. 😂😅😂

BUT, for the few that were legit, IF someone acts like that with me, I may "dodge" the first "check" but the second one... naw fam.... I'm getting a new truck! PERIOD!

A blinker is ASKING for permission. We don't have to give you permission, it's up to the driver to MAKE SURE traffic is CLEAR!
@@argonunya6768I live in the UK and the amount of car drivers that think they have priority over you because there blinker is on is beyond belief, think it’s a global problem mate. Educating them is fun especially when I’m fully loaded and weighing in at 44 tons or 98500lbs and yep I’ve had quite a few bounce off me, that certainly ruins there day even more so when the police are on your side.
I only saw two go right, the ones where the brake checker got rammed.
These people that pull these brake check stunts need to be charged criminally and licenses revoked for 2 years minimum.
Actually, the way I would put it. Brake check a person for the first offense would be 6 months of suspension on there license. Brake check on the second offense would be 1 year of suspension. Brake check on the 3rd offense would be 5 years of suspension.

Agreed. Not only is it a common insurance scam that you basically need a dashcam to prove your innocence against, it's also a danger to everyone on the road. Suspend their license or jack up their insurance rates.
Will never happen. They have license just to cause trouble when will people wake up. GOVERNMENT likes chaos cause it is run by the devil!!
The worst brake checks that I have ever seen was on iced roads. If you’re going 10-20m/ph under the speed limit in iced conditions it’s perfectly fine, but some folks (where I live) will punish you for driving 10-20m/ph under the speed limit in ICED CONDITIONS. Seen far too many wrecks caused by these impatient idiots in every car
I had a van that didn't have very good breaks. I was driving when the roads were icy. I was going 5 under the limit. The light ahead had turned yellow and i was easing the break to come to a stop when this bimbo shot past me and cut in front of me just as the light turned red. I had to slam on breaks, causing me to skid on the ice and slide sideways, slamming into the car beside me and then the car in front of me. She tried to claim my fault, but there was a witness so the judge sided with me and slapped her with reckless driving. Two days after court, I got a letter from her insurance claiming it was my fault. Obviously I ignored it since the court already ruled in my favor.
Watching all these brake check clips, i feel deprived. When I took drivers ed, Mr Hall never taught us how to properly brake check others. 😢
Nearly all of these make me wonder what was going on just a moment before what we are being shown.
I’ve driven millions of miles in commercial trucks over the past 35 years, and I seldom see brake checking taken to this extreme. A person has to be pretty pissed off to become so determined to ruin your day.
If you drive sensibly, and courteously, this will seldom happen to you.

Brake checking is dangerous and stupid if you’re caught brake checking you should absolutely lose your license and be forced to take anger management classes if you can’t control your anger get off the road you’re gonna kill somebody because you wanna throw a tantrum!
If i was a semi driver and someone brake checked me, i wouldnt slow down. Id total their fucking car and keep driving

4:47 You absolutely cut him off. He was making a protected left while you were making a right on red, or at the very least had a yield sign (funny you cut that part out, I wonder why?).
When you make a left turn onto 2 lanes, you’re supposed to turn into the inside lane. I don’t get why people think they’re all driving big rigs and need the widest turns in the world. So cammer was justified to make a right turn into the right lane.
Rewatch it and notice EVERYONE but the truck was in the left lane. ☕️🐸
Its funny bc they have ONE LANE TK TURN FROM. that means that you hop into that same exact line on the other side. Not go to the right side bc you want to

@@xxDragonetti First - it depends on the state - where I live when making a protected left turn from a single left turn lane you get choice of lane. Second - right turn on red is supposed to yield to oncoming traffic. You probably missed it but there is YIELD sign visible at the very start of the clip. It's as if the cammer was trying to edit it out of the video... 🤡
Other than having a Dashcam for proof, is there ANYTHING that can be done about break checkers?!? Can the police do anything with video proof?!? What can be done about these IDIOTS that are holding up traffic, just because of road rage or because they're @$$holes?!? Some of these clips are completely ridiculous...

Yea, um..."Toyota Integrated..." made an illegal turn at his light. Inside turn lane to outside lane...probably cut that car off in that lane. Camera didn't pick that part up. Does it make it right to brake check....no but the driver with the camera should have followed the turning law....could have caused an accident.

Exactly...it's pretty obvious that most of these cammers did something stupid prior to the video clip.

Even though it would be courteous to let the van merge, the van does not have the right of way, and must yield to traffic on the side when making a lane change.

@@MC2738courtesy has no place on the road just the laws. The van driver knew his lane was ending he should have changed lanes sooner.
The cam driver also should have kept a large enough distance for any vehicle to get in when required. We have safety distances for a reason.

@@WhiteFoamDispenser Cammer looks like he just changed lanes into someone where as the other event was when there was a mandatory merge and the cammer refused to let the car in front of him merge. Not even close to the same.
