i think the piece that came out the mag was fillers since your state has a limit on how many rounds will fit you can put filler or dummy rounds so it limits the ammo loaded cause legally you can have it to my knowledge as long as its never loaded with over so many rounds thats to what i know though im not from cali so i may be wrong on that rule but

See the wobble when firing with the drum mag? Drums and switches just mean 95% of bullet will be misses. Glock with an extended would be way better.

What do you do with the police radios
I doubt they would ever sell you this, No police department is going to leave an Entire drum mag in the Vehicle by accident. That goes for bullets too. The police department would strip the vehicle down to make sure they don't leave anything in there that shouldn't be in there. You probably just put the drum mag in the back before you started recording and scattered rounds everywhere in the Vehicle, and plus maybe consider keeping your finger off the trigger when you have a Loaded gun pointing at a camera, treat it like the safety's off and not like its a dollar tree plastic gun.
