I've seen on a voltage meter immediately jump to 13 or 14 volts when engine is ruuning. I get more of a slow charge... charging .10 volts a second. Is my rectifier good???

I recently Installed two HID biXenon Headlights on my motorcycle, My battery keeps going down to 10V within an hour of usage, i have a spare 12V battery of the same Model and Same capacity could I hook em up in parallel to give me more hours of usage? will it burn out my ECU???

good video. showing the parts and telling the name is an important step to understanding. hope you will produce a video to show the parts of a chinese scooter. Some times the shapes are confusing.
For eg. the starter motor in scooter appeats like the ignition coil in car. The ignition coil of the scooter is in different shape and that adds to confusion.
I was attempting to learn the parts of a bike and a cvt scooter and got confused several times.
for eg . there is a starter or stator clutch with stator and magnetic rotor and on the other side of the scooter is the cvt v belt clutch. and in bike there is gear engagement clutch...
    scooter seperate video and parts
    bike seperate video and parts
    car seperate video and parts
    would be even better.
however whatever is presented in this video is informative and useful

Thank you for posting this video. My Triumph Speedmaster motorcycle starts and runs fine for about 20 minutes and then it turns off. I have to wait for the engine to cool off before it runs once again. The first time the engine light came on and gave me a P0335 error. I cleared the error and the engine light hasn't come on since. However, the problem is still the same. I suspect it might be the ignition coil. Is there an way to test the coil while it's hot?

the coil looked to be a TCI not cdi two distinctly different units, tci is transistor controlled ignition were the coil discharges from the collapse of a magnetic field, witch is what all street bikes and autos use, C.D.I. operates on the buildup of magnetic field, found on off road vehicles, most all road vehicles use TCI not CDI
