I was curious too and it doesn’t seem to be. It has that green design in the icon but that doesn’t appear in games to eliminations, music, healing, opening chests, taking or dealing damage… so idk maybe I haven’t tried the right things or it’s just not reactive. It’s not labeled as Reactive in the locker. 😅
The “100” on the cape never changes either. (Thought it might be health or shield but nope) So what you see is what you get!
