Don't use spray degreaser or any harsh ones. It clouds aluminium and plastics. Just use CT18 mixed with warm water and keep hitting it all, or any PH neutral degreaser
I use a gurney with soap in the wash bottle then use the car wash nozzle to rinse off. You can reduce pressure by not getting to close. I agree about not letting it build up so every time I wash the car I do the engine bay
For sure, there are a few ways to clean this area. No allowing the build up and keeping a clean engine bay is very important for these off-road vehicles. Cheers, Nathan.

Not very often, even less now that I have a catch can fitted.
I think this could be added to a once a year maintenance schedule.
