@12:09 - That was very honest and very honourable of Gary Anderson there. He pointed out that the ref made a mistake and admitted to miscounting his last visit, Gary Anderson pointed out that it was 171 left and not 170.
You would never see Phil Taylor doing anything like that.

To be fair, Phil hasn't always been a bit of a twat. He hasn't taken it well that he's just been another player for the last few years...too used to being the man. He's not as bad as you suggest....sometimes lol.
Wow really amazing! To think that he won his first big title 24 years ago and is still capable of winning ranking titles in the PDC, and on top of that, beating the two time world champ and world #2 in the final. Truly impressive!
Uilbaas He‘s probably the biggest natural talent in darts. He doesn’t even have to practice 😂
My 2 favorite darts players of all time. Such a treat watching them compete against each other. Well done Steve. Hope to see him at the matchplay in July

I like both of these guys, but especially like Steve Beaton.
he did a exhibition about 10 years ago at my local working mens club, was a great night the club was packed and Beaton threw incredible darts. I remember thinking to myself man if he could throw like that all the time he be one of the best in the world. Not only is he a top bloke and happily signed autographs and had a chat with everyone. But he no doubt has the game to beat anyone. but he pretty much admitted that tomorrow is a different day and he could get beat 1st rd. but either way for his age and still beating the best at the top is a great achievement. fair play to him.

I'm sure I noticed that too. Looks like he dropped from size 4 to either mid-size 3 or tweenie size 2. He wasn't using the tapered barrelled dart he was playing with the last month either. Strange after that performance in Dubai. Just maybe tinkering a bit to find that 1% extra.
Europe needs to discover the air conditioner.
