In my opinion, Full Potential Anakin would have a fair chance against Base Comics Wanda as well. Of course, some more powerful versions of her ('House of M' Wanda, for example) would defeat even an Anakin that has reached his full potential, no doubt about it. Still, the single fact that Full Potential Anakin could compete with one of the most powerful Marvel characters should speak volumes about his true power!
The only version of Anakin that would defeat Wanda from the comics is the WBW Anakin.

And, although it may sound pathetic and you may not believe me (personally I wouldn't) I love Anakin and despise the woke retards from the buttom of my heart! However, "House of M" Wanda would be too much to handle, even for an Anakin that has reached his full potential (since in the Star Wars Universe we barely got to see what a galaxy has to offer, let alone a Universe or even a Multiverse) and House of M Wanda basically created an utopic Universe all by herself. Could Full Potential Anakin do the same? Maybe! Based on what we saw with Dark Dimension Vader, Mortis Anakin and World Between Worlds Anakin (which are the closest things we got to what a full potential Anakin would feel and look like), we can only speculate of what powers may or may not Full Potential Anakin possesses.
