Though one new thing I come to know today is even entertainment has become halal and haram nowadays though a few decades back whole entertainment used to be haram, I do not know from where these people get this sort of knowledge. I was in Lahore last December, crossed the Attari-Wagah Border on foot.
Lovely time in Lahore, Gujrawala, Faisalabad and Peshawar.
Visiting Androon Lahore was similar to my Old Delhi ghettos: Gali Qasim Jan, Ballimaran, Chitli Qabar, Suiwalan, Multani Dhanda, Nabi Karim, Pul Bangash, Urdu Bazar, Daryaganj, Paharganj, Mori Gate, Kashmiri Gate......you name it.
Born and raised in Old Delhi, Lahore was no different than my own Old Delhi.
Very nice people and great food.
Loved it all..🇮🇳
If things get better in Pakistan, my next visit will be to KHI via Lahore where I made lots of friends.

We are very happy to welcome ppl like Abrar bhai who are spreading awareness to the Pakistanis about the diversity of this land, unfortunately with the continuous backstabbing that we have faced have built mistrust in our neighboring country, the trauma caused takes time to heal if it is allowed to. As of now easing visa is not a solution. Before that ppl as a nation will have to prove how much they can be trusted by seeing how they trear their own ppl and respect the diversity in their own land! It doesn't depend only on media and the government, it majorly depends on the society and it's norms.
