I got mine at the end of 2021 and still using it… if you use it for light things like CZcams and some lighter games it feels brand new. You get everything from the new iPads.. just an older processor.. it still feels so new… I can’t imagine how futuristic this was in 2018

Bought one for 450€ in September for university and im very happy! Battery lasts 6+ hours of nonstop Goodnotes which is totally fine. Battery life was at around 86% when i got it off of backmarket.

I have the iPad 2018 3 gen with 256 and love it no issues at all with battery life or getting hot. My concern is with Apple software update.
But mine looks like new and love it. Best investment I ever made.

Hi I have a question actually I'm in a dilemma. I want to buy my first iPad. I am opting for the used device market. and the choice I have is between either and used iPad Air 4 (89%) and an iPad pro 11" 2018 (83%).
they both cost the same and are in good condition. so which one should I get? I want to buy the pro one but it's already 5 years old, would that matter?
for some context I'm a student so I will be using my iPad for writing and taking notes annotating PDFs and also for streaming contents.

I would personally save a bit more money to get a 2020 iPad Pro or an iPad Air 4th generation if you care about software updates, but if you don’t this is a great buy.

2020 comes with 6gb ram standard… 2018 comes with 4gb ram, 6gb ram on 1tb only - that does make a difference

A refurbished ipad pro 2018 has the same performance as ipad 10th generation (2022). A refurbished ipad air 4th generation has the same performance as ipad 10th generation. When it comes to buying refurbished ipads the entry level ipad is better than buying the air or pro models
