    When you faster there is no nutrients inside of you nutrients is the key to life I think letting your organs rest for a period of time is really good maybe a little bit longer than that but I think this whole fasting garbage has got two out of hand people want to Fast 2 days 3 days a week come on guys nutrients are the key to life what you eat in the toxins in your environment are so critical and the type of water you drink tap water get it out get your stress out of your life sleep well an exercise smart don't go to exhaustion everyday listen to your body push yourself beyond what you think and sleep sleep sleep and be happy
