NOAA in the Caribbean 2024 Partners Meeting

NOAA in the Caribbean is a forum to improve engagement, communication, coordination, and collaboration between NOAA and partners working in the Caribbean to more effectively and efficiently deliver services. Historically, NOAA in the Caribbean has focused on the United States, but we are working to expand our reach to international partners as well.
What We Do:
-Identify local and regional needs and opportunities
-Advance collaboration across NOAA and our Caribbean partners
-Maintain relationships and share resources
NOAA in the Caribbean hosts annual partners meetings in person, virtually, or hybrid and occasionally develops other reports or documents related to NOAA’s work in the Caribbean. Partners meetings generally focus on a specific hot topic relevant to the Caribbean region. This year's partners meeting focused broadly on ecosystem restoration in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and the international Caribbean.
