@@Magneticvortex-kk4gb But even when drunk they probably in those days would drive through a flood at a sensible pace. People in those days were not all hippies or buying clothes in Carnaby Street and probably realised cars needed air. It was not a throwaway society like now with people who base their life choices on what they see in video games nose permanently in a smartphone. Cars in those days could and were often home maintained. You wonder how many BMW owners or the like nowadays have ever looked at or have any idea of what is under the bonnet or how it works. I used to do all my servicing but would not dare touch a modern car but at least still check the consumables under the bonnet.

That 2007 CRD Jeep is 100% towing more than it's max braked tow weight of 3360kg.
The Merc box van is 3.5tonne unlaiden and then you've got the trailer weight too 😂😂
Trailer's max load is under 2 tonne too.
He has air shocks in the rear for load. He understood the assignment
The box van is 3.5t fully laden not unladen, it probably weighs 2.5t unladen

Hi, so the water is roughly 2ft deep in the middle but it’s only around 1ft where the depth marker is placed, so it’s quite deceiving
